I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist but Dr. Jonathan completely changed that. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is kind, the office is clean and the doctor has truly been amazing. I’m bringing my whole family. I recommend going here:)

I had an excellent experience with my dentist, Dr. John! He provides exceptional care and makes each visit comfortable. The wait time is not long and sometimes there isn’t one at all. The staff is also very friendly and supportive. They are very communicative and understanding. I’ve consistently had a positive experience and highly recommend their services!

I wish i could give this place 0 stars, had an appointment here for my girlfriend so we went over there, the receptionist was very nice, respectful, and patient, she went above and beyond when it came to helping me and my girlfriend. The issue was when we met with the dentist, he was extremely rude and unprofessional, he was not only rude to customers but rude to staff, he yelled at staff and cursed at them while they were trying to do their job, he didn’t create a safe or welcoming environment for anyone.my girlfriend did end up switching to another dentist, we will NEVER come back here and i think you’re better off getting dental work done by a random man in an ally. 0/10 don’t recommend.

I had an exceptional experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The dentist was thorough in explaining procedures and addressing any concerns. The facility was clean, and I appreciated the modern equipment. Overall, it was a positive visit, and I highly recommend this dental office for their excellent care and friendly environment.

Dr. Jonathan is the best Dentist in NY hands down. He has the cleanest clinic, nicest front desk and always has the highest respect.i will be bringing in my whole family and would give this office 10 stars if i could. The only reason anyone could get upset is waiting because of how many people want to see him which is understandable.if you want the best most comprehensive dental treatment then you found your dentist.

Excellent experience. I went to multiple “well rated” dentists/endos regarding a tooth that was causing me pain, and I was not getting a clear set of options. Most places feel like they are money hungry, but when I came here I felt like I was being treated like an actual human being.

The scheduling was easy, reception was very cordial, and Dr John was an absolute gentleman. He sat me down and carefully walked me through my options. No rushing, no indecisiveness. He told me the options I had, the best way to ensure a high success rate, and the most cost-effective route. I ended up having the tooth root-canal treated (and he found a root that even the endo missed with the 3d scanner!), a strong build-up created, a beautiful high quality crown fabricated, and even a nice temp while waiting. The end result has been beautiful, and I am glad that I waited.

Overall A+ experience, I finally found a place where I feel I am in good hands.

A friend of mine referred me to this dentist office. I was a first time patient and they saw me the same day that I was in unbearable pain. Dr. John was quick to figure out the problem, swiftly extracted the tooth that couldn't be saved and now I am pain free. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office.

I just moved to Queens and this is the cleanest dental office I’ve been to. The lady at front desk was super sweet & accommodating when I was running late. Finally a dentist who was honest & straightforward. A dentist who followed up with me to see how I’m feeling the next day. I will be back.

I think they must have paid the good reviews I see. Especially the one where it says it is clean. So from what I saw outside alone the overall place doesn’t give the idea of clean and cured. It is a medical facility it should be spot clean and STERILIZED! It is not a nail salon! My husband went in and told me the floors were dirty in the corners, the electrical wiring was at sight in the c rays room… the equipment was old and repaired with sailor tape.plus the tips of the drills were outside in the open. Not wrapped in plastic sterilized. Which is bad. If this is how you keep your medical office, sloppy and not spot clean, what does it say about you? Your way of working!? Plus my husband told me he saw what looked like blood on walls and equipment. Is this Bangladesh or is it New York City? Why the city does not make checks like they do for restaurants (better actually cos I work in restaurants and they let things pass than in Western Europe would shut the places down!) and why they are not strict with hygiene for all medical facilities? I am shocked these places can stay open. - plus the doctor … don’t you have self love and care for your own practice and business? Unbelievable.

This is the cleanest office i have ever been to. There were two people in the room sanitizing from floor to ceiling and the room was sparkly clean. The office staff was very nice and my root canal was done with the best of the best technology. I saw a fake review from others stating the office is not clean and found that it was the other dentist competition. They shouldn’t lie to bring down hard working individuals especially in this busy area

I love this dentist so much. He takes his time. Never rushes. And is extremely professional. Anyone who writes otherwise is his competition or a fake account. If you need a real dentist who does the job right. This is the place to come.

My experience here was very unpleasant. I do not recommend it, I went to have a tooth fitted, the doctor said that first he would perform a cleaning which seemed fine to me and in less than 5 minutes he had already done the cleaning and the fitting according to him.
And not to mention the pain he put me through, he doesn't have a bit of professionalism, I felt like crying because of how abrupt he was.
And after 2 weeks the shoe already fell off and left my teeth with sensitivity which I had never had before.
It was a terrible experience
Except for the staff, they are very friendly.

Dr. John what is truly amazing. When I first got there, I told him that I gag and his response was “we don’t do that here”. LOL I said I was talking about me. He said “I know this is a gag free zone. ” He was so cool I didn’t even know that he gave me a needle to numb my gums. Then he extracted my tooth within one minute without any gagging nor pain. Dr. John is amazing. It’s going to be hard to get rid of me now!

Dr John took out my wisdom in a matter of seconds. He was very gentle with the shot. Highly recommended man is a ninja!
