The service of the owner of this company is very messy. Even today, I can't forget the hellish customer service at that time. I will never go there again. So terrible.

Their paintwork and quality is HORRENDOUS! Look carefully after you pick up your car from this shop! Anthony does not stand by his work or care how it came out, no quality control at this shop!

Anthony is the absolute best! This was my first accident and he took great care of my car and very responsive when I called to check on status

Anthony and his team did an absolutely incredible job.

My car stalled out on the way to work and I was waiting for over an hour for a towing company to arrive. I got fed up and called Jamaica Auto Body, and they got to where I was (disclaimer: I was pretty close to the shop, like maybe a mile and a half away) within 20min of getting off the phone.

They have a trailer you can hang out in and watch TV while you wait, and there are stores and restaurants within walking distance if you have some time to kill.

The fix I needed was a little on the expensive side, but Anthony was really great to work with. As a general suggestion, if you're being quoted a price and you don't understand why it is what it is, ask! Find out what it's based on and see what can be done. I didn't even know about the options but Anthony helped find ways to save money on parts.

Everything was done quickly and Anthony even tightened up a couple of bolts here and there to make sure I could pass my upcoming inspection. The fact that they guarantee all of their work is worth a lot.

The experience was horrible. I met a very nasty and miserable old lady there. Just got involved in a hit and run. I was in the hospital when I got a call from this tow company demanding that I call my insurance right away when even the accident report was not ready. Very horrible towing company to deal with. Always find some other tow company instead of this one.

DriverS did not know what they were doing, wanted to drag my expensive new car onto flat bed, instead of doing proper research and figuring out how to do the job properly, like the next driver from a different company Towfessional Auto Repair (highly recommended!)

If a review of 0 stars was possible, then this business deserves it. I am a person who tries to be patient and understanding of people, giving them multiple chances.
However, Jamaica Auto Body & Towing does its best to defraud customers at every turn: citing incorrect estimations, calling them free then charging $250 for estimates, turning up late to agreed towing times in order to artificially amplify your desperation, and even charging you extra if you offer to source the part elsewhere.
This business is run by an irredeemable gang of criminals. I will be suing. I will be submitting complaints to the BBB and the FTC.
And when the day comes that this place is shut down, I will spare no expense in organizing a parade on 5th Avenue to celebrate their closure.

Anthony are awesome! He rips you off, cost you labor to write you an estimate witch's their business card says " Free estimate". He wrote you an estimate for 15k witch is we end up fix from somewhere else's for 8k. So don't waste your money and time to have them fix your car.

Mark was very helpful and careful with my vehicle every step of the way. Keep hiring great employees like him!

The tow truck came exceptionally fast. The body shop did a great job fixing my car. They do it all, would highly reccomend!

Please avoid this place. I rarely give out 1 star ratings but this is one of those very few exceptions. People here take advantage of your own lack of knowledge with car parts to the extreme, and instead of being helpful toward others, charge you more than what is fair. If you so happen to
choose this place before doing enough research and second and third opinions (which most likely happens when your vehicle is totalled thus needing to rush your decisions) you will end up regretting it all as well as hemorrhaging your wallet for extra cash. My poor and unsatisfactory experience with Jamaica Auto Body embodies the true definition of despair and inhumanity. Thumbs down for the disservice.

First rate! An encounter with a towing company usually doesn't occur under the best circumstances. One is usually angry/ annoyed/ bummed out or a combination. Anthony and his team made the experience as painless as possible. Craig, the tow truck driver was friendly and efficient and gave me all the info I needed to follow up. Anthony worked efficiently with my insurance company and completed the repairs promptly. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Amazing work done professionally and done in perfectly time matter. Car came out better then when I received it from the dealership. I came from out east in Long Island over an commute with no traffic. It was worth it and I highly recommend their work.

I really like this place. Really great, painless experience that took about 4 hours total. Really fair pricing. Really great front desk service, total "family" feel complete with adorable pup.

I am so disappointed with my interactions with Bernie and the Blonde haired woman in the office. They do not like you to question their business practices. That's when the evil side comes out. I was called an ANIMAL in front the the cops. I was lied on. Bernie would only take cash although the receipt clearly states cash or charge. Then he lied to the officers stating that I told him if I charged it that I would cancel the charge. Before this happened I asked the woman why is there err a 2.95% charge for using a c card. I believe that is why he lied. They couldn't justify it.
Dont do business with them.

Great body shop and service. They fixed my car after in an accident and it came out like o got a brand new car. I would definitely recommend them for all your repairs.

Fantastic tow truck company, my wife was stranded on a higheay and Jamaica towing was there within minutes. PLUS my insurance paid for it completely, thank you Jamaica!
