9I had my son's 10th birthday party at this venue, party was lite enough space for 100 pple but with a terrible manager Mr Rob. He would definitely rob you of your security deposit after the party we cleaned up the hall even when he told me don't worry I got it, came days later for my refundable fee to my surprise he said we didn't clean up the hall & take out the trash, I just couldn't argue with him so I called the cops, 10mins later he gave me my deposit I was so disappointed at him. That man is not a good manager
DO NOT RENT! Management is a fraud they twist every word on the contract to keep ur deposit and you pay for everything u ask for…. And they have a staff who harasses you walking around throughout your party…. You pay for time to decorate and you also pay for time to pack up after the party…personally I think it needs to be run by new, young and more open minded person not an old man who does not know what a party entails
BEWARE! You will not get your security deposit back. The owner (Bob) will literally do a head count in the midst of your event. Including the fact that he will periodically smoke a cigarette along with your guest! Felt like he was a parole officer and i was the parolee
I recently had my sisters baby shower here and I just want to make sure future customers are making an informed decision. When you rent the hall, they will refuse to open the hall for you to decorate. We were given 6 hours for our event and that included decorations, setup, event, cleanup. If you want extra time to decorate or your vendors need to bring items early on that day, they will refuse. Items can be dropped off prior yo that day but what if the vendors need it for an event prior to yours? All of my vendors complained about this location. Decorator wanted to decorate earlier, chair rental person wanted to drop off chair early etc.if you want that, you must pay $200/hr. What is worse is that there is a gentleman there throughout the party and he occasionally walks around during your event 1 hour to closing time. I’m not sure if he thinks his presence is reminding you to leave. When a mentally ill woman walked into our event and was disruptive, he refused to help and said “that has nothing to do with me”. What’s worse is that he says the owner of the building watches the event from home because he has cameras everywhere and wants to make sure guests follow the instructions. Very creepy. The guy who was there was constantly bothering us during the event and I finally had to tell him that I needed to focus on my sisters baby shower. Definitely would not use this place again, it was simply too much of a headache to have to deal with them. My family have had many events here but this was the worst.
Management is shady when it comes to contracts and returning your $200.00 to the wrong person Robert aka Bob is unprofessional and rude he kept hanging up the phone on me and and refused to answer my e-mails I will never use this Tacky hood place again.
I attended a baby shower here. This place was very nice and clean. You bring your own food and entertainment. This is a really great space to have an event!
A beautiful place to have a birthday party or special event at.
It's clean and it has parking and a lounge area and a back area were the parking lot is.
It's worth having something wonderful and special there.
You won't be disappointed!
The event space was decent but it was extremely Hot not sure what was wrong with the air conditioning. If your going to rent out the place in August when it's hot at least make sure your air conditioner is WORKING?
Excellent service, facility and location! I hosted my family's reunion here. Mr. Richards was courteous and explained in detail what was to be expected. Raj was the best! He explained table arrangements prior to the event, helped set up for the event and was present during the event to assist with concerns.
The facility is clean and spacious. It was perfect for my reunion.
I love the location because it's across the street from the hotel that our guests stayed in, so it was easy for them to get to the building. There is also parking which was great for our family and friends who drove to the event.
