6Ella (receptionist) is extremely rude. Worst human skills let alone customer service. She doesn't know me and immediately shown NO care except attitude. I work in healthcare 8 years and would never be allowed to show such disrespect especially to my NEW patients. I wasn't even able to see the doctor because of the unwanted unprofessional attitude from Ella. Apparently from other reviews, he will not reconsider changing his receptionist so he doesn't care about customer service. I will not recommend this office to anyone and Dr Rand should actually care about FIRST impressions given to NEW patients (customer service 101).
Dr. Rand is the best. He is quiet and reserved, but he knows his stuff. He takes your health very serious.
