I'm so grateful for Atty. Kleinbaum and Melissa for handling my speeding violation. Attty Kleinbaum represented me in the court because I live far from Chatham, NY where I got pulled over-speeding 19 miles over the limit. He got my speeding points reduced to no points and was given a parking violation instead, which only cost me $175. His service fee is also affordable. Miss Melissa was very nice and accommodating, she replies whenever I have inquires.

James sent me a letter on someone’s behalf threatening legal action, it included what I believe was fake due date and was more of an attempt to bully and intimidate. He then continued to send me more harassing letters after the matter was settled. So James is either inept or an uninformed bully, seek a better lawyer.

I got one ticket for going 90 in a 55, one vehicle light violation, and two no safety glass tickets (I had tinted windows). To go from that to a three point speeding violation was a miracle. Don't speed guys foreal, but if you happen to already be in a pickle trust and believe James Kleinbaum will get you the best results out of your case. I live in NYC and didn't even have to travel back upstate for it to get resolved.
