Just trust the sales person ask them questions because Tom Trained them and a Demi-GOD is good enough, idk why you need to meet a God when the salesperson is being mentioned by one of the best, truth me Tom wants his team to grow but he will always do his best to help.

My husband and I have bought at least 5 cars in the last 20 years and this was the best, easiest, most convenient experience we have had. Fred was very easy to work with and didn’t waste our time. He knew we wanted something small and affordable and he found it right away. I’ve had experiences where the salesman still tries to change your mind and get you into a larger, more expensive car and Fred was extremely respectful and diligent. I’m very disappointed in the way the service department & the manager overall handled me

I was sold a car with a faulty safety system. The service manager tried to lie to me and make light of the situation. Then, I was forced to buy an extended warranty that, for some reason, couldn't use until I owned the car for 30 days. In the first week of ownership, I noticed I couldn't see at night very well, found that a tech not only installed an incorrect headlight bulb but actually modified it to make it fit. Not every person here is bad, but in general, DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! I'm currently making efforts to reach out to owner of the dealership to see if they will remedy this situation, I will update this as time goes on.

James Mitsubishi is a scammer. He send me lottery as if I won 1000. When I got there he informed me to exchange my car with $4000.

0/5 stars. This dealership has sent me spam mail two years running. They run a scam to get you to go to them to collect a prize that does not exist only for the salesperson there to make an attempt to convince you to trade your car in (along with cash) for a new Mitsubishi model.

Mitsubishi hasn't made a good car since the Evo.

Buyers beware and take your money elsewhere; shame on these folks!

Sent me a scam in the mail. Stop killing the environment to scam people. Ethicless predatory company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. First, they are running a scam. They send out a pull tab prize sheet that says you won something. But it’s really to get you in to talk you into buying a car. Second, they have a manager who talks very disrespectful and condescending. When you give an answer as to why you don’t want to purchase a car his response is “that don’t make sense”. As if your thoughts and reality are nonsense and disregard. If you want to sell cars be affirming of the persons reality and experience. Lastly, the manager is very aggressive in initiating a conversation. He only listens for information to refute and challenge. Do business with them at your own risk. There are plenty of dealerships in Rochester who are less sleazy.

Final update - back to 5 stars.
Sales team is great.
Service team surprisingly stuck with it. It took 3 or 4 visits but they were eventually able to find a faulty parking sensor, but ultimately Mitsubishi pushed an update to the vehicles that got the error to start. Nice work James team.

5 for sales - Ethan was fantastic! No garbage, no hidden gotcha’s. Just straitforward sales process.

3 for service at the moment.
Update: Lowering review to 4 stars for the moment. Service department doesn't pick up the phone. I've called 5 times over the last 2 days and it just rings and rings. No option to leave a message. Booking online only offers cookie cutter maintenance selections, not issues with new vehicles.

Sow. Great place to do business. Tommy the GM helped me and my Family big time. Love my new 2023 Outlander Sport. Can wait to drive my new car to Flordia
