5 I found the staff a bit snobbish and unfriendly as if they thought I wasn't going to buy anything.
I bought a beautiful linen blouse, and the product quality is excellent.
I suggest that the staff be more welcoming and not judge a book by its cover.

In addition to the clothes being fabulous, top quality and stylish, all the sales associates and manager at the upper east side store are fantastic. They are smart, enthusiastic, great with customers as well as respectful and fun to be with other worker bees. I should know; I go to there five times a week.
