Great staff, great selection. It should be noted there is a security guard that works there that just seems to have a heart of gold. She is very nice and polite, literally greats everyone. I have also seen her helping people out there on so many occasions I couldn't even list them all. From providing food to homeless, to talking with someone in a crisis. She does her role perfectly and deserves some recognition. If you happen to read this, know you are appreciated and I am so thankful for how you handle your role.

The staff is great, but members of the public are a nuisance in that building. Always someone swearing loudly or arguing loudly. Just as constructive criticism, I think they are given too many chances before finally being asked to leave. They are adults. They do not need 5 chances to stop making a disturbance.

I like playing on the computers but some of the other kids are kinda obnoxious. But the new guards seem to be able to stop them so it doesn't happen as much now.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The maker space with a 3D printer is very cool!

They also offer some cool things online and have ordered books for my son before. One of the better libraries in the area.

I love to go here and just enjoy the quiet and just relax it is something everyone should do ever once in awhile

Great place for children to learn and play! Visit the STEAM room where there are more things for toddlers and children, so they can play and learn!

They don't enforce Quiet Zones. Some woman was using a study carroll for her phone convo, so we didn't stick around.

Great community resource for all ages. They are doing an amazing job keeping patrons safe during pandemic.

Today was a book sale day and I found many like new condition sports books. Fill a bag for $10.

I really do love this library but i have to say with how unsafe n scared i felt today i will no longer be going

Libraries don't get enough credit. I am poor. I enjoy going there if I can't steal my neighbors wi-fi. I sometimes will sit there for hours and it is always nice and pleasant there. They bring me hot cocoa sometimes which makes me smile. They have a great little bathroom but it is super busy so if you are going to do any butt chugging you have to make it quick. Have everything ready before you go in.

It use to be a nice library, but now it's just become a glorified juvenile delinquent day care center were kids run around unsupervised doing as they please. It's no longer the fun relaxing place it use to be. It's what they call progress. I don't go there half as much as I use to. At times it's a scary environment.

Prendergast Library is such a fun place for my kids and I to hang out! We love the activities that are available in the children's room and we really enjoy the Makerspace! The staff is very kind and helpful to the children who visit, and there is a great selection of books and movies to choose from.
