Ron and the technicians are straight shooters I feel very satisfied with their work and assessments regarding potential problems. They will make referrals for work they don't do in their shop.

Used to be great prices but this time, while I waited for my car, everyone there was told they needed a lot more done on their car then expected. Just seemed odd.

I have been going here for a long time. Ron is amazing. Put in a tie rod and got it so close that I didn't need an alignment. My ac went. They checked everything and then recharged it. Ice cold. They go by the book for pricing. Jamestown auto is the best in town. Or outside of town as it is.

I wasn't able to see them but when I called about my car they were very nice and informative

What a rip off! Tried to get me to buy the parts (same brand) from them for 2x the $$ that I could get myself at the auto store! Then tried to tell me "oh well even when you order a pizza they all add their extra money. " Dude you didn't make the part! I'm already paying you an arm n leg to install it! 3+hours of waiting n I left and found someone who won't rip me off! Save yourself some time and a lot of money and find somewhere that doesn't try to drain your wallet!
