Karaoke Japas NY reviews
7Family friendly nice place to eat and drink and they treat you like family it's worth it so you can go
Amazing place for people who like karaoke. You can sing, drink, and even eat sushi. The staff working there are amazing and very friendly always trying to make sure you have a wonderful time. Weekends is the best time to go there because its more fun but i been there during the week and it its also fun too.
Excellent karaoke spot, and the food is actually pretty good, too. On some nights, serious singers crowd in and it gets competitive!
The food, the service, the karaoke room I was in with my friends, and the drinks were pretty good. I was fortunate to have found this place last min since most of the over priced over booked karaoke spots near Herald square were a bit much and I didn't want to wait til 11pm to get a room for one hour then leave. So the place was worth the price and time well spent too.
Amazing karaoke experience. Bartenders (Leo in particular) do well to provide wonderful, satisfying, and professional service. You pay $2 (cash) per song at the bar/public area, but it's free every Sunday. Great song selections, and was even surprised they had choices that some other spots didn't have. What more is there to say?:)
So I might be a little bias because I love karaoke but the staff is super friendly here. Their song listing are pretty current and they use healsonic which has an app if you don't want to use the book to look up songs. They have a pretty well stocked bar but I was there on a work night so I was sticking to beer. The food menu is like an Asian / barfood menu.
They do require you to buy at least one drink to sing and songs are $2 per request and they only except cash for song requests. I haven't done the private rooms yet but they do seem to have a couple. They have a sign that says $15 minimum for credit cards I don't know how strictly they follow this because I spent more than that every time I went.
Also shout out to Leo he was a great bartender and made me feel very welcome.
