I had a fantastic experience with Jared and team. I just closed on a house, and not only did everything go smoothly, but Jared always had my back and did a fantastic job representing my interests through the transaction. During the contract signing phase, Jared put in the extra effort and time to negotiate the terms with a seller who was not following a boilerplate agreement. Jared caught several things that helped protect me through the process. The closing couldn't have been any smoother. All the paperwork was in order, and Jared walked my wife and me through everything with great attention to detail. I will use Jared again for all future real estate needs.

Through what turned out to be an incredibly chaotic and time-sensitive Closing for my Coop in Manhattan (is there any other kind?), Jessica Perna (Paralegal) literally held my hand throughout the process, guided me through the thousands of steps, and.in conjunction with John Brosnan (Attorney). Came up with several strategies we employed to get it all done in time. For what was a completely horrendous experience (due primarily to those OUTSIDE of Beschel & Associates), both Jessica and John remained engaged, immediately responsive, and did what needed to be done to make this happen in a very short time frame. I've rarely worked with anyone like Jessica who CONSISTENTLY answered phone calls on the first ring EVERY time, especially during he Holidays, while remaining positive and supportive throughout the ordeal. I couldn't be happier with Jessica and John, and would highly recommend them to navigate through the nearly impossible world of Coops in NYC.
