Jason Halper, MD / Sheepshead Bay Women's Health, Brooklyn NY

Dr Halper is my wife’s OBGYN, he delivered our son, due to stress of the baby while in labor he had to act fast and performed a vacuum delivery. Our baby had a lump on his head from it for about 4 weeks. It has since subsided. Dr Halper also did our sons circumcision and it was quick, smooth and looks good. I would say the worse part of it all for me was not being able to be in the visits with my wife while she was pregnant, but that was due to COVID rules. His post care is also good too. Answering calls on holidays.

Dr. Halper was recommended to me by a friend and I never regretted that I chose him to take care of my first pregnancy. My experience as a first time mom with Dr. Halper was amazing. He made sure that both me and the baby feel fine during my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend to all moms to be that are looking for a knowledgeable and professional OBGYN. The stuff were always nice, every visit was with almost no waiting time. Also you can always call the doctor (24/7) for any questions or emergencies. Highly recommend.

Dr. Halper was highly recommended to me by many people that He delivered kids from. 2 weeks ago he delivered our first born son at 36 weeks and the baby is perfectly healthy! I couldn’t image being with another doctor, he is very professional and accurate to all the details.

All i can say is i love this doctor so much! ️️️ i had my second baby with doctor helper and he halped me a lot during pregnancy and delyvery too, baby was not in a good position last minutes but he did everything for us to be healthy both of us. Thats my second time and he is the only one i trust ️️ He knows his job 100%!

I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a caring, and highly competent Doctor. I am over 35 and was considered high risk. As an African American woman, I was worried that the Dr would miss things because you often hear nightmare stories about the treatment in maternal care. I had no issues with that and all my concerns were addressed without any condescension.

He took excellent care of me and found things that would have caused additional issues before they became a problem. It was like he was clairvoyant and could see the issues beforehand. If you want a Dr that will ensure that you have a safe and stress-free delivery, this is the guy for you. The office staff is also very warm and helpful with any questions for insurance, etc.

Dr. Halper has been my OB-GYN for years now and he recently delivered my first baby and did wonderful job! He was very diligent with my prenatal care and was excellent in the delivery room helping me have a great birthing experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else delivering my baby.

Let me tell you something, Dr. Halper is the best OB-GYN doctor ever! I switched four ob-gyns before my friend recommended me him. He has been my OB-GYN since 2010 and I’ve had 3 of my precious kids with Dr. Halper via c-section. He knows what he is doing. Never question him. You just need to trust him. He’s devoted himself to this profession. He does everything to keep the mother and baby safe. He responds to his patients 24/7. Yes, he is not going to sit with you and chat or cuddle you, but he amazes you with his expertise and skills. I absolutely love and respect Dr. Halper. I definitely recommend Dr. Halper anyone who wants the best, safe, and quality OB-GYN care possible.

The nurses are great. He is very rude and unprofessional never in my life I would recommended anybody to go to him.be careful because if you don’t opening ur legs for him when he want he would send u to another doctor. Never gave me my result for blood work or sonogram just wanted me to opening my legs and when I said no he’s talking about go see another doctor

I told my cousins all the time, Dr Harper is one of my best doctor. I'm so grateful to have him as my GYN doctor, and 2 years ago he helped me delivered my daughter. He told my Due date was August 14, on that exact date I was ready to go.

Doctor is very inconsiderate!
Gets so annoyed when you ask questions concerning your health!
Wouldn't recommend a patient in labor to be with a doctor like that.

He was horrible and this was in 2007 when I was 21 and having my first child. He asked a lot of inappropriate questions and made me feel like I was beneath him. Please DONOT go to this man for treatment! Whatever u do PLEASE! He ever told me not to yell while I was in labor n i barely yelled. He was very rude to me. Then he told me he wasn't going to take me anymore because of my insurance. I wouldn't even tell an enemy to go to him. Thank you.

Dr Halper is a different doctor than I ever had. He's very caring but is off topic a lot. I recommend him because he delivered my other baby and the c section was real smooth unlike some of my friends who had some issues with other doctors. I go to his other office in flatlands but I go to this offfice for my sono grams sometimes.
