My hair is uneven.literally one side is completely longer than the other and it’s all messed up.will not be going to this barber shop again

My partner decided to try this barbershop on 1/8/22. We have recently moved to Harlem and have been searching for barbers, restaurants, etc. My partner came home after getting his "cut" and to our horror, the barber had CUT one of his locks out accidentally. My partner has been growing his locks for over 2 years now. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, as the barber did not show any remorse or humbleness for his error. Dreadlocks have a lot of symbolism for Black men, so the fact that this occured due to a careless barber is absolutely outrageous.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!

Very welcoming barbershop to new customers like myself and wait time for a cut is very little if it's not a busy day, like most weekends, so Thumbs Up Jay's Barbershop!

Convenient location and they accept walk in with no hassles. Carlos did great work and the Music was popping. Great work fellas.

My bald fade was nearly even throughout without indication of a fade and looked uneven left to right. Also The barber accidentally touched up one of my dreads and it nearly cutoff, I had to get it re-twisted. Just a lazy effort from the barber.

Sharn is the greatest Barber ik. Hooks me up and keeps me fresh. Keep up the good work. Jai.

I have been going here for at least 3 years and they have provide great customer service along with great haircuts.

I love it Jay is friendly and professional, and Sharnteek is my son's barber and he is great with him. I moved to the lower east side and still go back there just for the barber

I'mma be biased because my cousin cuts my hair But if you just happen to pass by and need a cut go to Tim. All the barber's are nice with the razors
