JCPenney, Queensbury NY

Was looking for a few hard to find back to school items and was pleased to find sizes that fit that were reasonably priced.

Although they didn't have any large choice in men's sports coats, the store was bright, clean and nice in a 75% vacant Aviation Mall. Shame. It's apparent that mall's days are numbered, probably subject to bulldozers and residential apartments or homes.

JCPenney was a huge disappointment! I went looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. What I found was a store with very poor quality merchandise, no options for fancy dresses for women. I won't be going back.

I’ve been trying to find big clothes for my 2x husband for a decent price. They have a huge big and tall section. And everything was either BOGO or a good percentage off. We ended up with maybe six outfits for $160! Nice outfits too!

I often shop here out of nostolgic pity for the long term employees who are desperately trying to squeeze a retirement out of this doomed brand. Sad.

Associates were very friendly and professional when helping me, store was clean and well organized

Friendly Workers. Easy to find what you're looking for. Great selections in the men's department, Van Heusen, Dockers, Levis.

Got a suit and haircut for prom, and both look great. Suit and accessories were a little expensive for what they were. Employees were nice and happy to help.

JCP was having an Easter discount special, where you got to choose from a range of secret discounts. We were fortunate enough to get 50% of everything! Thanks JCP!

Clean store, well stocked, friendly employees. Always easy to check out and do returns if necessary.

Nice place. Clean and well organized. Gabby is so super friendly and helpful. I asked for help to a security guard there (rich) he was very helpful as well as knowledgeable even though it wasnt his job to help me quickly he went above his call of duty. I shop here all the time to always look super fly. Oh also best clearances around. In my pic you can see I love to shop there. I bought a whole suite for like $150. Most everything I wear is from them

Was looking for something besides over priced clothing. Mall is in sad shape. So many empty stores. Only one place in food court. JCPenney being one of two so called anchor stores. Very disappointing.

Returning items purchased online went smoothly. Limited stock on shelves in regards to what I was shopping for.

Disappointed today. Looking for a dress to wear to a September wedding. Saw one I was interested in but it is just a bit tight pulling it over my shoulders. Plus I didn't like the price tag for a pull over style dress no matter how pretty it was. I do miss our Kingston Penny's: (

This JCPenney store always has a decent selection of quality merchandise and their prices can be very reasonable, especially at the end of a season and when they're having one of their "famous" sales. They also have a full sized in-store Sephora at this location, so that alone earns them a four star rating in my book.

The store had limited (at best) plus size selection. It looks like this store will be closing soon too. Very disappointed with the store.
