JCPenney, Victor NY

So I was just at JCP trying to find where to check out. I ended up putting my potential purchase back because I couldn’t find the check out. Then I see it almost at the very back of the store. They should have one near the mall entrance. I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Will never set foot in that store again! Crazy! New Checkout experience over 30 Customers in line to cash out! TWO slow Cashiers! Cashier said there was no one else to help out. On line shopping from now on

We walked in right as they opened and the place was a mess; clothes picked through and strewn about. Made it difficult to find what we were looking for. What the heck? Organize your store!

Great shopping and wonderful people! Under renovations now (08/23), interested in seeing the new look.

Got myself a set of work clothes that were more business than business casual but they were marked down and for a good price and you can't beat that.

I was surprised to see some departments crowded and difficult to maneuver. While I found some items I was shopping for, it was concerning that I was sent to 3 different computers to check out because they were not working. The staff was great, but you could see their frustration with the eqiluipment failures.

7/31/23: I'm glad it's not permanently closed. The mall needs to be livened up with high end stores like Loius Vuitton, COACH, Valentino, & Tiffany & Co, but JCP is also important for that price demographic. The store had nice offerings & it was clean.

Haven't been here in about "6" years. It was nice and workers were very helpful.

Needed a new suit jacket. The sales associate was great. Helped me with my purchase. Will definitely return again

The Spanish speaker cashier and worker got the best deals for me in clothes. I'm so happy they were there helping me with choosing the right clothes for my daughter, and also, bilingual workers are the best!
