Bad cut. Bad service sent home with soaking wet hair.and an attitude
never even got to see the back of my hair
messed up bangs.
Still upset.never had such a bad experience at the hairdressers Dogs are treated better. Olivia wasnt very nice

Valter is amazing! He cuts and styles your hair exactly how you would like, and he makes the experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend going to him, as Valter is passionate about his work and always gives me a high quality haircut!

First time going to JCP to get my hair done by Antwanett. I had very dry and uneven hair coming in and the products she used helped my scalp feel better and give my hair shine. I got the flat twist and she took her time to make sure it came out as it should. Highly recommend Antwanett!

It's rare to find artists in the world of hair. Vulter is an artist hidden inside this JC Penny hair salon.
I never had a dedicated stylist before due to having long hair, I couldn't trust a general barber shop to do it justice. I found one today.
Vulter understood my style and my look, he worked on my hair with the patience and skill of someone dedicated to the craft of hair styling.
Please check this place out, ask for Vulter and tell him Tim the musician sent you. He will treat you right.

I had haircut by this old man with an accent (I believe his name is Valter). He did horrible job. I kept on telling him what I wanted and showed pictures too. But he just cut my hair weird. On top of that he tried to charge more for the services I didn’t get. Never ever go to Valter for your hair cut. Thankfully there was another guy named Terrel who helped me deal with Valter. Go to Terrel for your haircut.

I had Valter as my stylist and I always go to him. He is very attentive to detail and he listens to everything that you say. He is very professional and he is very passionate about his career. He is from Rome and he is very experienced with hair. He is very pleasant to talk to and my hair always looks amazing.

Was rescheduled twice by the salon manager, Stacey, to come in to get my hair done. Came in the day of my appointment and was told by the stylist that my appointment was never booked and wasn’t put into the system. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

Well I called was told to come in to the Blvd site. The person I was scheduled for couldn't finish, w uneven chop and I recolored my when I got home. But out 145.00. Not impressed. Should have stayed at the Galleria site.

Valter cut my hair tonight. Most experiences I’ve had, the stylist cuts as fast as they can with little attention to detail. Valter really makes sure everything falls and is placed exactly where it should be. You can tell this is his passion and not just his profession. If you want the real deal, he is the way to go.

Valter is the best! He is from Rome, Italy bringing with him his Italian skills and passion for hair styling. Highly recommend.
