Terrible place,! The Girls are unqualified to know how to do the right consultation along with knowing how to do correct technique on hair. Very little knowledge about color, Toning, Highlights, haircut and styling as long as terrible shampoo.
Place is a joke!
They all need classes and to know how to do the right service when the client is asking for.
I never will go back and if you are looking or a ne w place Don't G Here,

Salon customer service is terrible. I went to the salon when I was in town and a had a hairdresser mess up my root color. Couldn’t have her redo it as My time was limited there. Contacted the manager four times over the course of 3 weeks and left my phone number for her to call and she never even attempted to call me back. The salon wouldn’t give me her manager’s name and number stating they didn’t know it. What a joke. Avoid at all costs unless you know some one personally there.

Wanted a permanent and hardly any hair cut.ended up with a perm lasted two weeks and my hair chopped. I paid 80 dollars with a 20.00 tip.was not happy.never will go back
