UPDATED: A couple of months ago, I gave these folks a 5-star review based on 2 purchases. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed. My first order with them went well so I ordered again, but once I had a problem with my second order, they were less than helpful. The items I ordered did not fit my vehicle as I'd thought they would - when I told them in an email that I ordered these items due to a statement on their website that I found misleading, I received absolutely no response at all. They just completely ignored me. I suppose I could still return these, but I would have to pay shipping and possibly a 15% restock fee (I can't say for sure because no one will answer my emails).
All I know at this point is: Ignoring your customer's concerns is NOT the way to encourage repeat business. We are a Jeep family and own multiple vehicles, but now I'll look elsewhere for my parts.

Fantastic product. Easy to navigate site. Didn’t use customer service, but I’d have to imagine that they were great also.

I ordered two pieces of Mopar goodness for my JKU Rubicon. They arrived as expected in original packaging. I can now block some of the rays from that burning orb making it 119 F in my hometown and I have a place for my sunglasses to live.

They have the most competitive pricing in the Mopar parts marketplace. But, what truly sets them apart from others is their customer service - they're responsive and exceptionally accommodating.

Ordered my Recon decals from these guys. The price was fair, the shipping was fast. And the Mopar packaging it came in was perfect. I definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a Jeep JK Transmission Cooler (OEM Style) from your website and it stated it would take several weeks to get it, which I was ok with that because I didn’t need it until about that time of delivery. Then when the huge package was delivered it was discovered that the item that came wasn’t what I ordered at all. When I contacted your sales department by phone it took several days for them to get back with me and they said they would provide me with a UPS Shipper to have the item shipped back to your location. I then let them know that the box was to big for me to put in my vehicle so they said they said they would have UPS pick it up at my house and would get the correct item I ordered sent to me. Well the day was set up for UPS to pick up the package and they never showed up. So I contacted your department and let them know that the package was not picked up, so after several days went by another pickup date was set up. This time UPS came by and picked up the package. This went on for several weeks of me having to move this huge box around because it was always in the way and I couldn’t leave it outside because of the constant rain. This was just a long drawn out process that I felt should have never happened. I did finally get what I ordered but way after when I needed it.

Ordered Jeep factory original cargo mats at a great price. Great processing and delivery time.

Placed an order a week ago tomorrow. Sure as heck charged my card right away but no progress on order. Asked for an update 3 days ago and again yesterday nothing. 48 hours to an email response is not out of line. Going to dispute the charge if I do not hear from them by tomrrow.

We ordered the Jeep Cherokee Mopar Rubber Mats and Cargo Tray. All items were delivered in a timely manner and fit perfectly. 100% would order from these guys again.

Have not purchased anything from them yet, but I’ve had questions and man were they knowledgeable! I will definitely be doing business with them once I’m ready to buy!

Love the rubber floor mats for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They fit like a glove and grip to your shoes. The back seat floor mats are a bit tricky to snap together but with a bit of effort they are great! Fast delivery and nice price. Will be buying the cargo mat next. Thank you!

Mopar parts at a discount. That's almost like a Christmas present every time you order.

Well I wish I could talk to someone currently my order is in limbo?
I got 1 email that said it’s shipping next week and another saying it’s on back order and won’t ship till February? So very confused but positive it will get worked out.

As I saw from other reviews - they also delivered my parts to the wrong address and never sent out replacements. No refund. Customer service is a joke.
