I had a horrible experience getting a dress altered at Jeeves. The room where you get fitted is too small, and the seamstress did not listen to me, nor showed initiative or understanding of what was needed with the dress. The front of house team was also unfriendly.

I wish I had gone elsewhere, because I don’t even like the dress because of how it was altered. I informed the business that recommended Jeeves to me to not do so for other clients.

Jeeves not only did an absolutely wonderful job pressing my wedding dress before the big day (not to mention the seamless and painless pickup and drop off with Kim who put me completely at ease) but did a wonderful job restoring a designer handbag of mine as well. I have also enlisted the JEEVES team to preserve my wedding dress too. Great customer service and I won’t go anywhere else for my nicer items. We use Jeeves for our clothing and costume cleaning on The Late Show. They maintain the highest standards and care that I've ever experienced from a cleaner. The absolute best dry cleaner. Excellent cleaning, perfect repairs and stain removal. Garments come back like new, even sweaters I’ve had over 10 years feel brand new. Highly recommend, especially for items that require a little more care. Team is amazing too, Jerry is the best and always helpful.

The best dry cleaners on the planet! Jeeves restored a heavily stained shearling coat that my mother gave me as a gift some years before her passing. I often get stopped by random people who compliment me on my beautiful "new" coat. Kudos to the manager who was especially gracious and professional.

They do a great job on shirts and take pride on the way they treat your suits and other dry cleaning. They make sure they send everything back clean even if they need more time to assure that without damage to the garment.
