Love JV lanes! Encouraged me to join a league after not bowling for decades! Everyone is friendly. So happy to have this so close to home!

I really liked these lanes. The staff is nice and it's super casual and not too big. Not gonna lie they have the best grilled cheese I have ever had.

Had a great time bowling at JV bowling lanes. My family celebrated a Birthday party for my sister in law and we were well accommodated. Staff was perfect. Will be going back in the future.

**Updating to a 1 rating. As the “manager” Liz, specifically said if it’s not on your lane there’s nothing that can be done. Very poorly run establishment. 10/10 will NOT be returning.

Very cute old school bowling alley. Which is why I give it a 2 star rating. However, they let teenagers run wild and pull dangerous antics. Without any staff intervening or saying anything. Would not recommend bringing young children or families.

I spoke with Jefferson Valley Lanes regarding trying to book a birthday party. After finding out they didn’t do parties on Sundays I simply asked if I could reserve a lane and did not expect any added amenities (just simply wanted to plan a fun family day). I called twice and when I spoke with a staff member they were actually very nice however on the second call when I spoke to the owner he was very rude, and not even listening to what I was asking. It’s a shame the the staff are nice and the owner speaks to potential customers like that.

Great local bowling. Also there food is better then some restaurants. Just know it's cash only but don't worry if you don't have cash. They have an ATM inside

Our game was good, and our food (french frys). The customer service was not very good.guy at the front desk was kinda rude.but the games was good.just remember NO CARDS cash only however there is a ATM.please be a little better on the customer services.

Jefferson Valley Lanes ask Black and Hispanic First Responder couple to leave for all White Male Bowling League. On May 2,2022 my girlfriend (female Hispanic) and myself (male black) decided to play a few games of bowling and have food and beverages at said location. After approaching the empty counter to inquire a lane, we were greeted by a rude employee who told us “Give me few and I’ll be with you”; after waiting for approximately five minutes (while watching the employee stand there and do absolutely nothing) we finally were assigned a lane and given shoes after paying. After playing two frames our bowling balls did not come back to us through the conveyor belt. While my girlfriend went to notify the same rude employee of the inoperable lane I went to the bar and purchased a pitcher of beer. Upon returning to the lane; I was informed by the employee that we had to leave due to a bowling leagues lane being inoperable also. The employee stated he needed to shift all of the leagues lanes down by one and also had to leave one line empty as per the league’s Request. We were then given our money for the lane back; and told we could not finish our game but could finish our pitcher of beer that I had purchased. No sorry or accommodations were made by the establishment. Not even a refund for the beer. Horrible customer service. But at least we got a Sarcastic sorry from one of the gentleman in the bowling league as we left the lane. Will never in my life return to this establishment after such treatment.

Racist and the worse customer service… I’ve been there 2 times and tried again hoping i would have a different day experience…

Good old Bowling alley. Reminded me of bowling alleys when I was a kid. They even have a cranky guy that does the food orders. Perfect for family fun and ample parking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went out bowling with my family and the gentleman behind the counter was super rude. We will never return.
