Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum, New York NY

One of the worst NYC experiences you could have. Waited over 3 hours in line for a 5 minute experience. The line literally wrapped around the building with no management whatsoever. Bought an 8pm time slot and didn’t enter the experience until 10: 50. There were people on line with tickets for later times ahead of us. The venue scanned all tickets when you were still 2 hours from the door ensuring you would be unable to be refunded. The experience itself was terrible…. A bunch of animatronics and maybe 2 actors throughout the “haunted asylum”. Please stay away and don’t waste your money. The 5 star reviews must be fake because even if the waiting experience was better there is no way anyone could give this more than two stars. Save your money and patience for something more worth while.
