Jennie L. Brown, MD, Liverpool NY

I've been seeing Dr. Jennie Brown since February of this year. I like her a lot. She's kind and doesn't push medication unnecessarily. She's thorough and actually takes the time to listen to any questions/concerns. I also really like her nurse, Jennifer. Dr. Brown will talk about issues that are important, but in a tactful way. I feel like we have a bond. She treats me with dignity, respect, kindness and like a human. She also felt bad for me when I was talking about how long it took for me for my former GYN practice to get back to me about the results of my ultrasound and spoke highly of the GYN surgeon who did my robotic hysterectomy. She was glad I was able to have it done.

Even though I have been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for many years, she has never shown interest in my personal circumstances. My husband passed away last year. I have been traveling & visiting my children. I needed a refill of my blood pressure medicine. She refused to authorize it unless I came in to see her. I was in North Carolina, so that was not possible. I have been without medication for one month. At 3 am today I awoke with heart palpitations. I had to go to the ER. My blood pressure was out of control. That’s a hard way to get your medicine.

On December 19,2022 I established new patient care with this doctor. Now that I need my colestrol prescription refilled she is claiming not to be by doctor an is leaving me high and dry. You call your self a health carr provider. Wow totally unbelievable.

I'm very happy with Dr. Brown. She has been my MD for years. Would not change. I get in quickly.we discuss everything on my list.
