Made an appointment to see Dr Lee for an earache. During my exam she asked if I had ever followed up with a colonoscopy. Being 52 years old I have not had one done. She referred me to a gastroenterologist. Long story short, it was found during my colonoscopy I had a tumor. It has since been removed, I am cancer free and living a normal life.
Thank You Dr Lee, you saved my life by taking that extra step. You didn’t just treat my earache and let me go home. You told me the importance of having a colonoscopy, referred me to one of the best gastroenterologist.
