First time I had gel powdered nails done. They are quick and very meticulous. Would definitely recommend going if you live in the area.

The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming and the prices are reasonable. However, I got a regular pedicure yesterday and had to come home to clean up my toes and file my nails again because they were uneven. It looked like my pedicure was a few days old instead of a few hours old, which is disappointing.

The person who did my pedicure asked if I wanted a massage and “callus remover” After I declined she gave me what I considered a half pedicure because she only scrubbed the bottom of my feet and didn’t touch my heel and quickly polished my toes unevenly leaving bits of nail polish on my skin, even my cuticles weren’t completely cleaned. It was an overall rushed job and wasn’t relaxing at all and it should be done with a bit more care and details even when I don’t want the additional treatments.

I can't say they don't do a good job, I'll say normal. But I left an 8 dollar tip and the lady said "¿it's just this? " and gave me a nasty look. Sometimes I give 15 or even 20 but I felt really disappointed and upset with this answer. I'm a regular client buy not planning on recommending or coming back.

I've gotten my nails done here for many years, since they originally opened in the neighborhood. Back then, they had great customer service. Recently, their service has been lackluster.

Every time I come here I get stuck with an older woman that does a regular mani-pedi. She always does a terrible job. My skin gets dry easily and she will skip over crucial parts of the experience, such as putting on lotion. She won't ask you if you want to cut your nails and I think it's because she doesn't know how to actually cut nails. She had chipped my moms nails with the clipper trying to cut my moms nails short. She also doesn't apply the nail polish in smooth & even layers.

There is also another woman that does acrylic nails and SNS for those who are interested. When I came here a few months ago, they charged me 67$ for a pedicure and acrylics with glitter and a design + they were longer and more coffin shaped. Then when I returned to get a similar style WITHOUT the design (it was basically just shorter square shaped nails with two nails glitter) they charged me 77 DOLLARS? I paid the 77 plus a $6 tip because I wasn't expecting it to be so much. It didn't line up with the prices they had listed, nor with what I was told. This woman had the audacity to tell me my tip wasn't enough after overcharging me. Its not like she did a super complex design, and she rushed on my pedicure, it lasted for only 10 minutes. She almost didn't even cut my finger nails which I DRASTICALLY needed to be cut because they were uneven and long. She was about to start putting on tips when I told her I needed my nails to be cut. She should have asked me if I needed them cut, but failed to do so. I am not required to give a tip and gave one because I understand it takes time to do nails. If your salary is based solely on tips, that is another problem that should be taken up with your boss. You should not expect a college student that just wanted a relaxing day to pay you a 15$ tip for you doing the bare minimum for your job.

I plan to not return here because of the prices that these "nail stylists" pull out of their behind, and because of the rudeness they have. They set high expectations for themselves and cannot even take care of their customers who have been coming for years. Maybe if their "regulars" stop coming there, they will realize the consequences their rude attitude has.

I had a 6 PM appointment here because the particular nail tech who works at their Fei Fei location was at this place. Arriving on time, I waited 10 mins to inquire about who would be doing the gel manicure because the technician I came for went and started a pedicure. The woman, who manages or owns Fei Fei, explained that she would be doing it when she’s doing polishing her current client. At 6: 32, an order gentleman sat me down at a work station and started filing away my old gel polish. I wondered why they hadn’t had me soak it off while I was waiting for a half hour. The older woman then came over and continued removing my gel color with the use of an electronic file. I mentioned to her that they could’ve called me to say they were running late and to come later. She did not respond to that or express any acknowledgment that I had to wait well over a half hour past my appt and also didn’t have the requested technician. I only went because I would have this specific person do my manicure. All the other people at the Springfield location I usually go to CAN NOT polish neatly or clean the old polish thoroughly. This mint color was done by the owner/manager and can be seen how sloppy the polishing is with missed or uneven sides and well as really thick coats.

What is sad that if customers are treated with so little respect and professionalism, the employees must have it 10x worse.
