Beautiful place.
The staff is really except for one of the waiter who seems to not be a happy camper. She was rude and was almost throwing plates on the table. Her service was not good at all. But the rest of the staff were marvelous!

22 of my friends and I attended the New Year’s celebration at Jericho Terrace recently. We were very disappointed with the poor caliber of service, food and drinks. We paid over $4,000 altogether and it was hardly worth the money we paid. On top of everything else, the DJ was terrible as well. Never again! Be careful where you spend your money. Giving them one star for their decorations.

Love love love this GORGEOUS venue. They just became family to me and my wife officially just a week ago we had our dream wedding there and OMG it was INCREDIBLE! Honestly our wedding was one where you just had to be there to believe how amazing it was? Big ups to all the staff there and my good guy Chad.

I have attended 3 bar mitzvah’s at this venue. Beautiful setting inside and out. They are always having multiple events. The only negative is the parking, it is valet and can get overwhelming when crowded.

They really helped make my dream wedding come alive. I am truly greatful to Chad And Sofia. My mAitre D Francisco and my bridal attendants Astrid and Marvin were exceptional. The food was amazing all of my guests enjoyed themselveS

Best venue to host your wedding. Toniann and Francisco made our wedding so special. The food was amazing and the ambiance was great. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. The people were accommodating and helpful and were on schedule with everything making the night go perfect. Thank you Francisco for being the perfect maitre d and to Toniann for helping us throughout our process to find the perfect rooms.

This place is beautiful. I was in one of my best friend's wedding here. The whole thing was just beautiful. The staff I will give them five stars. They were awesome. So hands on helping with everything and making sure we had what we needed. I would say that the experience from the Matron of Honore view was great.

Jericho terrace is the place where dreams come true for weddings. From the staff to the food to the overall feel of the location, there is no better place. I had my wedding there in September and I’m stilling getting calls from guests about how much fun they had and probably one of the top weddings they have been to. If you are planning a wedding, make sure you stop by and ask for mike closs. Not only is he hilarious, but a knowledgeable sales manager who genuinely care about people. Thanks for everything mike. And if you decide to have your wedding at Jericho terrace, Chet is a must have as your maitre D’. He was calm and smooth. Chet kept the night on time and took care of us like we were family. He was a total professional. Thank you Jericho for a night we will never forget.

I had a splendid time here. This venue is large and capable of hosting multiple parties simultaneously. It is beautifully designed and decorated.

I've been here a few times prior to the pandemic. Unfortunately, things aren't the same anymore. Was served water in a cracked glass and coffee was terribly watered down. Additionally, the early arrival guests were not provided coffee and snacks. That being said the food quality was still pretty good and the steak that I ordered medium rare actually came out medium rare.

Gorgeous event center. Loved the word fireplace and indoor water fixtures. So many instagramable areas, it's ridiculous.

Attending a superbe celebration for a 100 years young mother of a good friend, amongst family's members, mostly her children, grandchildren and great grand children.

Recently went to a wedding, the place is beautiful, choices of food for dinner was amazing, decor was beautiful, staff was great. Overall a beautiful place to have a wedding.

They should be ashamed of themselves. Had a sweet 16 booked in Jan 2020 and was cancelled due to covid. Tried to pick other dates but they would not honor original contract and pricing so decided too much time passed and asked for our $5,000.00 deposit back. They were not accommodating at all.always a different story and last conversation they would not refund me. Took them to court, and they offered half my money back before the appearance. I declined. Court said they needed an attorney so then they offered me 4,000.00. I took the offer because I had enough of the games and unprofessionalism but now regret it! Should have gotten the full amount. The best was their defense that I didn't send a certified letter stating I was cancelling the party! EVERYONE knew it was cancelled and it wasn't by me! The government shut everyone down. The party was not allowed to be had! They should be embarrassed by what they did. Unprofessional and a disgrace! 0000000 STARS for them!
