5+ Stars! We're relatively new to the Irondequoit area, and wanted to keep our business local. These guys are OUTSTANDING, and will definitly be our go-to jeweler and watch servicers. I needed an engraving on a case back, which was done in less than 24hrs for a more than reasonable price. Anywhere that can turn anything around in that time frame deserves more than 5 stars. So I followed up immediately with a Hamilton watch that was having an issue. Turned out it was a really simple fix, and I was astonished when they gave it back free of charge, and working perfectly! Who does that? Did they need to do that, no, but not only are they experts, they really care about their customers, and it's service like this that will bring me back for years to come. As a small business owner myself, the amount of cheer, knowledge, and customer service provided by the guys at Jerry's Jewelers is what every business owner should strive to provide. If you're within an hour of this place, it's worth your trek!

Fast friendly service. Took 2 watches for service, work was done quickly and to my liking. Just brought in a silver medallion for cleaning and was completed in just minutes. Highly recommend.

Well I finally did it. I dropped my 1970 Rolex Datejust onto the concrete floor of my garage! And no, it didnt work properly afterwards. The only place I would consider taking it to would be Jerry's Jewelers. Why? Because I know Jerry would repair it, himself. He is trained and experienced in watch repair including Rolex, Omega and many others. He knows how and where to get authenttic parts. He cleaned this watch 9 years ago and it was running perfectly, until I dropped it. In any case, I took it in. He had the watch apart in a few minutes and diagnosed the problem.a broken balance shaft. Tiny part but he showed me what had broken. It turned out the balance jewel also had broken into pieces. Jerry ordered the parts and the watch was back on my wrist in two weeks. Runs perfectly again. You won't get your Rolex fixed anywhere as fast, as well or a for a better price! If you need watch service, do yourself a favor and take your Rolex, or other fine watch, to Jerry's Jewelers. They also can help you with fine and custom jewelry. -Herb

I went to Jerry's Jewelers for the first time to have a watch sized and was helped by Paul, who made sure I was satisfied before leaving. A soccer match was on in the background, and other staff, including who I believe to be the owner, was happy to make small-talk while I waited. A local shop with friendly people doing fine work; I plan to repeat business with them in the future.

Excellent customer service! I was visiting from Hawaii and called to see if they might take a look at a watch that I had accidentally dropped, and had stopped working. I was heartbroken as it has great sentimental value and meant a lot to me. They told me probably not, but if I brought it in they’d be happy to check it out. When I went to their store, they were friendly and kind and in the end, was able to repair it, and didn’t charge me for it. “Mahalo” (thank you). I came by Jerry's with a Ben Sherman watch that needed a new band. Turns out the watch wasn't meant to be changed (cheaper watch), but Jerry was up for the challenge. Jerry, his Son and Nephew are all super helpful and good to talk to. I was so impressed I left with a new necklace for my wife! I recommend Jerry and his place for anything you might need. Stand up guys and treated me like family!

I went here a few weekends ago to get a watch battery replaced. They replaced it so quickly (<10 minutes) and I paid a fraction compared to other places. Plus, the people who work there are amiable and welcoming. He polished up ring while I was there as well! Definitely recommend this family-owned business.

I purchased an engagement ring at Jerry’s Jewelers and can’t say enough about how great this place is. The owner, Frank, was outstanding and made the experience super easy. He met with me multiple times to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. He was also up-front with me from the start and never tried to up-sell me or make me feel pressured at all. The rest of the staff was also great if Frank wasn’t in! I would 100% recommend to ANYONE looking to purchase jewelry of all types. My fiancé and I will definitely be going back for our wedding bands!

Everyone at Jerry's is great, but Frank goes above and beyond. He fixed something I didn't think could be fixed and charged me a pittance instead of soaking me. Frank won me over and Jerry's is my new regular jeweler.

I was shopping around for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I originally went to a couple of main stream jewelry stories, and they just made me feel like a number and just wanted my money. I was referred by a coworker to go to Jerry's and I am glad I was. Jerry, Frank, and Leon were all extremely helpful and friendly, they have a great selection, and at an affordable price. I worked with Frank to find the perfect ring for my girlfriend, which he made the process easy and comfortable. My fiancée now, loves the ring and always get complements from friends and family. I would recommend anyone looking for jewelry to check them out, its a great family ran business that make you feel comfortable when you are there!

After having a jade bracelet for 10 years that I couldn’t remove after every trick on the internet I took a chance of walking into Jerry’s to ask if they knew any way to get it off. Due to an upcoming surgery it just couldn’t be worn - so I even said, “it’s ok to even break it off. ” Jerry, the owner, came out and a simple … tap.tap.with tool it broke off. I offered to pay and they just smiled and told me it wasn’t necessary. This place is family run and in that moment made me feel like I was a part of the family through their gracious service. (also It broke so smoothly I’m getting it made into a new piece).

I’ve been meaning to leave a review of the great service I’ve received in the past for watch sizing. They’ll size your watch for FREE! Whereas other local jewelry stores will charge $5-10/link when it comes to sizing; which is ridiculous. I’ve also have had my the spring bars which attach the watch to the band replaced multiple times free of charge as well. Thank you Jerry’s Jewelers! I will recommend you guys to any one that needs a watched sized or is looking for beautiful pieces of jewelry as well.

Your dad replaced the battery in my LL Bean watch last week, but the watch was still acting fussy, stopping and starting randomly. Two days later, it was working fine. I think your dad gave it a warning and it worked!
