Jersey Mike's Subs, Deer Park NY

Worse service ever. TV Commercial states fresh and delicious they will make your sub while you wait. TV Commercial wanted me to go back and try the Deer Park NY location. Horrible again. Never going back. Hope who ever the CEO not manager looks into the Deer Park NY store which has bad reviews.

Their sandwiches are super fresh, they slice their meats and cheeses just right. My subs are always full, fresh and thick how it should be. They aren’t cheap with the quantity, and really worth every penny. I’m local and it is always very clean when I go inside. Customer service is pretty fast and all staff members are efficient. This is personally my favorite Jersey Mike’s spot on Longisland. 12/10

I would love to speak with management/ownership about how they run their business. I very clearly showed the employee the coupon I had and she scanned it but it didn’t fix the prices as it should’ve. The employee didn’t even know until after I asked for a receipt and showed she still charged me full price for all 3 sandwiches. Then another employee told me that nobody in the store has the ability to do a void or refund and I would have to come back tomorrow. Explain to me how there is no manager to correct issues when they arise. And now I have to take time out of my day tomorrow to go back and try and resolve this. It’s completely unacceptable and a terrible looks for Jersey Mikes franchises.

It's very dirty in this place compared to ther others I've been too.even the workers close was filthy no offense.

One of the best subs I’ve ever had! The girl who made my sandwich, Jaelyn I believe, was so sweet and was very patient as I made up my mind! Exceptional customer service and great food as well, will most def be coming back!

Very rude associate when asked politely how long for the gluten free bread to defrost and he said were out of it thats it im not dealing with this right now. The associate that was helping us was very polite it was another person not helping us. Extremely rude when i asked a simple question and wouldve been happy with any answer.

Customers waiting in the store should be taken care of first. My sandwich was made and was waiting for “ Mike’s Way”, when I stood there watching as about 5-6 sandwiches made after mine were packaged to go out to online orders, Grubhub and Doordash! If you want customers to return to your store don’t leave them waiting!

Normally the food here is decent the chipotle Philly cheese steak is my go to but this time the steak was really dry like it sat on the grill for a very long time and the cheese seemed reheated and dry. The weirdest part though is I ordered a basic popular sandwich that has 5 ingredients but they somehow forgot 2 of them (the peppers and onions) and I was the only person in the place.

Never write a review. But food here is disgusting I took Buffalo chicken for 16.99 and it is the worst sandwich I ever tried.

Worst customer service at any established in deer park! Besides the quality being less than par. The staff was equally rude.

I had a mini sandwich made this evening. I asked for one side Mayo one side oil and vinegar. The girl that made the sandwich soaked my bread up with so much oil and vinegar I had to throw one side of the bread away. I called and no one answered. The voicemail continued to say it was full. The sandwich was not cheap enough for me to be throwing any of it away. I will never go back to that one again!

I love Jersey mikes but this specific location in Deer Park always has the worst customer service. I ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sandwiches and 1 chipotle chicken sandwich. When I got home an HOUR later my order was completely wrong, this is the third time this location has messed up my order. I received some steak sandwich and I honestly don’t know what the other two were. I called and they told me to bring the food back? After I drove home which is an hour away. I love Jersey mikes but this location has the worst customer service.

Tried twice.two different sandwhiches.both times were a Hot, melty, salty, mess. Doesn't taste good at all. Also wayyyy overpriced. Quality does not meet what they charge for the sandwiches! Insane.

I Purchased 3 Philly cheese steak sandwishes which was suppose to come with onions and peppers and I was told that they didn't have any peppers or onions I undstand that they were cleaning up to close but don't say you don't have onions or peppers it was just that they didn't want to cut them up even the gentleman that prepared my sandwiches wasn't even friendly he sure made it know that he was annoyed that he had to make the sandwiches.

The sandwiches are good but a little pricey. It is much better than subway though and it filling. I like the club supreme the best but their philly cheese steak is very good as well. My main complaint in this location is the manager. Last time I went there, she loudly sighed at me when I asked if I could change my order. This was before she actually started making my order. Another time I had a coupon for this particular jersey Mike's and she wouldn't honor it until another customer came around with the same coupon. She just isn't friendly and not accommodating.

The full size subs are huge and they dont skimp on the meats. Subway got some serious competition will definitely come back.
