Jersey Mike's Subs, Nanuet NY

Came here on Saturday Feb 18,11: 40am. Waited close to 15-20min with 4 people total in the store. Finally ordered. Told the lady what I wanted. Then she proceeded to go bake some bread in the back and clean up something, didn’t even follow up with me. Waited another 5 min. Nothing on the grill cooking, nothing showing me my order is being made. By that time there was 2 people in the store total. I kindly said cancel the order and left. I have been going here for a while but this time, they dropped the ball badly. I will not be back here for a while. No one seemed happy to work there. Will be going to jersey mikes in New Jersey lol

Jersey Mike's Subs is impressively delicious from the bread to the ingredients inside. I definitely didn't expect it to be this delicious especially with my dietary restrictions (lactose & pork intolerance). Although seized to impress me. The bread was crunch yet soft. I did pay for a side of pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce I believe was free despite it not being on my sandwich. Another thing was even those there was no dressing it was extremely flavorful. Staff was most certainly the most friendless staff for a fast food place. If you want a fun, pleasant and easy service definitely ask for Kia the GM! (:

My order was 30 minutes late I watched the make 8 other people's orders before they made mine which was sent in online. I my order should not have taken 55 minutes. This was your last chance and you failed miserable

I had an issue and the manager (or owner) fixed my issue with a simple phone call. Staff seemed to be working extremely hard and overwhelmed. But, finding out at a later time- they had a huge huge catering order placed for lunch time. So I do understand the crowded place. I’ve been here easily over a dozen times and I can safely say. My subs (always online order) have only been messed up 3 times. But now knowing how busy it can get, i understand. Each time the store has fixed my sub as well. I will be returning here and happy to see the new faces at this store. Thank you again to the manager for the quick and fast help

The subs are always good but this location never is properly staffed. Pre ordered on the app 25 minutes ahead of pickup and was told it would be 30-40 minutes more as they only had 2 employees. Has happened on 3 separate occasions now.

Only have a half hour for lunch. Stood there's for 20 minutes and watched them make online orders. Left with no food and not happy

I walked into the store. I was the only customer in line. Neither of the two guys working behind the counter acknowledged my presence. I get it, you're busy/preoccupied. How about. "Hi, be with you in a minute. " After about five minutes standing there one guy looks at me and says "Hi, all we have is wheat bread. " Then goes back to what he was doing. I wait a few more minutes, then walk out. I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but after this experience, not sure if I'll ever be back.

Love their subs are excellent must try. I'm hooked. Daniel an Matthew an the hole staff is great.

The food is fresh and prepared to order. The online app is easy to use and convenient. However, the location is only as good as the staff. Our order was missing an entire sub, and we came after the designated pick up time they estimated. The staff members were on the younger side and got peeved when called out that they had gotten our order wrong. Always check your order before you leave!

Normally I love Jersey Mike's but I never been to this one before in nanuet. The store was empty when I went in. I ordered the number six and I noticed that the guy only put four slice of the roast beef on my sandwich. I didn't want to say anything cuz it's already at the fixing station. Then I went to get a diet Coke put the machine was broken. I like fountain soda better than bottle soda. Just left with kind of a bad taste of my mouth

Love the Philly chicken steak, no onions, only problem is not enough fullness in sandwich, bread is great, but all you see is bread.

I order from this location and all I can say is that the customer service is great. Don’t hesitate to stop by.
