Richmond Ave location is phenomenal! Especially Stanley and Jordan there warm smile and greet and knowledge of the menu and attention to service is exceptional. The food is always fresh and tasty and the location is always clean

This place has amazing food. The bacon here is everything. This place is between fair priced to a bit costly. The staff is very helpful. However you might have to wait until you can order. The staff would usually make someone’s order before taking yours.

First time I went here I was unfamiliar of the place. The inside looked pretty clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I've heard about Jersey Mike's on TV but I never been inside the place. Somebody recommended it to me, so I decided to try it out. Their prices were little steep for sandwiches. So I decided to choose regular size. Some chips, a drink and a cookie. Also a tip. The whole thing cost like $19. I went to a park to sit down and try it out and the sandwich was a little soggy and fallen apart. I didn't like it at first because the sandwich size was like half a sub. There was only one woman who is making the sandwich for me when I ordered. It's not her fault but she was doing her job. If you want to come here be my guest but I recommend stores and restaurants for a long sub sandwich rather than this. They didn't taste bad. I just didn't like how it was made.

The food is as it is in every Jersey Mike’s - a great sub! But the service was not good - there were four people working and only one guest ahead of us and we waited a long long time. There are other sub shops around the area that I’ll give a try next time.

This was the dirtiest Jersey Mike’s I have ever been in. The ceiling is leaking everywhere, the sandwich station was filthy dirty. The carpet leading in was covered with smeared dirt and pieces of food. I have been to many NJ JM locations and they are immaculate. Avoid this location. The entire experience was unappetizing and made me leery about eating the food.

This location was the first location I ever tried Jersey Mike's and the sandwich was really good. I get a custom sandwich so the price was $13 for a regular sub. At first I didn't think anything of it until I tried another Jersey Mikes in Scarsdale/Hartsdale, NY which I got the same exact order and they charged me $9. Other than the excessive price I still choose this location over the one on Richmond Ave. The one on Richmond Ave is out of date and they have horrible customer service.

Not sure why this place is frequented. We were so excited to finally try Jersey Mikes. But the bread fell apart and was soaked in the vinegar from the mikes way. You couldnt taste anything but vinegar and it was soaked. Also we paid for bacon on the turkey provolone and didnt get it. Also The employees ignored every instruction. They didnt put mayo and cherry relish that we ordered and then the mayo on the side that I asked for in case they forgot it on the sandwich… they also didnt give. Essential customer service is a hard job and I hope they are compensated well enough so that there is a motivation to not provide such horrible service and food. Overall not a good location I guess. But I wish them well!

I’m not sure why there are other negative reviews but this location is really good, freshly made sandwiches and amazing, friendly staff. Kat manages the store really well and handled my concern in a professional and courteous way. This place definitely deserves more foot traffic because their sandwiches are way better than subways. The store needs a bigger sign and lighting to make their presence known! Definitely coming back.

A great place to get a quick grab to go sandwich which taste great. Definitely recommend adding the red pepper sauce and jalapeño in the sandwich to get a nice flavor kick.

Honestly, the food was amazing but the way that the employees are conditioned to work under is extremely dangerous and disgusting because it’s 90 degrees out and there is no air conditioning in the store so they are forced to sweat over customers food. Not to mention the degree of personal hygiene neglect going on due to these circumstances! Do better it’s only April and this is an extreme issue! Not to mention customers are not able to eat comfortably in the dining due heat I can only imagine the health risk for the employees!

How hard is it to deliver a meal? I've been waiting a hour and a half for a 30 minute delivery. Poor customer service and lack of respect from employees.
