Pleasantly surprised! When I said gluten free they really were so careful with my food! I was so impressed. And it was so good too!
Ive missed a deli sandwich so thanks jersey Mike's! Definitely will be back soon!

I’m a little sad when the co worker went to the next guy and made his food. This teen obviously didn’t know what he was doing. I paid first never got my food 15 minutes later I got my refund and left. Teach your staff please to make sure the person who pays gets there food.

Not going back. They had two incompetent people working behind the counter - There was one person in front of me online she ordered two sandwiches a BLT and something with roast beef and pepperoni obviously a mistake. I ordered the number three ham and provolone One person started making my sandwich and put it on the board next to the ladies sandwiches then The lady started complaining that they were making her sandwich wrong so they proceeded to give her my sandwich so I pointed out the mistake they told me no this is her sandwich. I repeated myself twice they refuse to listen to me and then I walked out then I called the manager and he said we have your sandwich right here and I said let me guess it has roast beef on it and he said yes, I said I ordered the number three ham and provolone and they gave it to the lady in front of me. He did apologize And offered to make me another sandwich. I said no I’m never coming back.

Was just in there spent 24$ on a sandwich which had to be made 3 times because they first screwed up the bread then the second time they put the wrong ingredients into the sandwich. The only good employee there thankfully caught the mistake and personally remade the sandwich for me which i am thankful for which stopped me from giving 1s across the bar, that one employee deserves 5 stars unfortunately i did not get his name but everyone else working was very careless and inattentive to what they were doing

At 4: 30 in the afternoon, I called to order two sandwiches. The person who answered the phone said you want two sandwiches I said yes he said hold on six minutes later I hung up. Nobody came back to take my order on the phone. This is unacceptable. I will not be going to this location again.

Delicious! Use the app so you don’t have to wait in line. Blows all other franchise sandwich places away. Highly recommend.

If the 3 guys working behind the counter represent our future. Our country is in major trouble. 3 of the laziest and incompetent people I’ve event seen.

The food was good but I ordered my food in the morning to pick up at 12: 37pm I got there at 12: 40 and the food was not made. They said the order was there but not made because I ordered so far in advance. He made the order right away which was nice but the cashier did not give it to me until I went back to the register and it was just sitting on the side he did not put it in the grab and go area. The food was good but I do not have time to wait because I am on my work lunch break.

Today I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time. July 27 2023. There were 3 people working that were in front. That were visible and one other customer besides myself and my son. So it was not busy at all. The girl who greeted me and took my order was very pleasant. But then the manager finished up my order with a very nasty attitude from start to finish. Sandwich were made good and by the other pleasant kid. But because of this nasty manager. We will not be visiting again.

I went to this location and ordered a sandwhich. I got to the register and I had 3 gift cards unused that I had been saving. The girl ringing me up must have tried like 7 times to put them through and told me sorry it’s not working. I asked if there was any other way to enter them she told me no they’re not working in the computer which left no choice but to leave without my food. I then traveled to the location in uniondale and told them my issue and had them ring me up before making the sandwhich so they didn’t waste food. Whoever helped me I’m so thankful for because she got the cards to work and I was able to get what I came for. I’m very disappointed in the bethpage location and lack of knowledge and patience with their customers. They need a new cashier or better training. It’s unfortunate because that was my first time at the bethpage location and it is closer for me to get to. I will continue to go to the uniondale location!

Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean, delicious well packed sandwiches at reasonable prices. Great lunch stop.

Management on site is rude and unprofessional. Took a phone call in the middle of me placing my order and neglected to tell me there will be an extra long wait for my order.

In majority of places I have eaten, fine dining, fast food, or chain restaurant, it typical to set expectations right away. If you are backed up, tell me it will take an extra 20 minutes for my order, which in this case was a 13 and a 17 regular. If I was told this from the start, I would be given the opportunity to change my mind if I wanted something else.

I stood there with one sandwich made and sitting and sitting and sitting. All with me being ignored till the crowd of people coming in after me was helped. When I brought up the issue of me waiting and not being told I had to wait extra for a Philly hit sandwich, 27 minutes is way too long in my opinion, the "manager" just shrugged and said "we were busy. "

This is my last time coming to this location at the least.

The people making the food at this place SUCK. Every single time I order Uber eats, my order is wrong, and I mean ridiculously and utterly wrong, not some simple mistake. Just READ the receipt printed and follow instructions, that’s literally all you have to do. How hard can that be?

Only one worker was good, the other two were jokes. Didn’t want my food spit on but they are jokes to put it lightly.

Ordered through uber eats they ignored ALL of my order notes and the sandwich came completely soaked in olive oil and vinegar to the point that it was soggy and inedible. That's a $19 sandwich from this place. Save your money and just go to a deli.
