They associates weren't listening, got my order wrong, they argued about it behind the counter. Prayed they got it right the second time.

Door dash orders are received sealed & with the correct info on the attached receipt
Routinely what's delivered is NOT what was ordered.
When you contact the store you're pushed back to door Dash (who didn't prepare OR package the order for delivery.)

Service is awful. They need to hire more people or have a discussion on how to manage online and in person orders. I put in an online order at 12pm, it says that the order would be ready at 12: 23pm. I arrived at 12: 20. The place was busy, they had a line full of people. They kept making sandwiches for people that were on the line but not making them for the online orders. I didn't get my sandwich until 12: 40. Mind you I have a half hour lunch break. The sandwich was alright but I had to rush eating it, also they put it together so sloppy. This isn't my first time coming to this jersey mikes and honestly everytime I come to this store, I always have a problem. Will not be ordering from here again.

What ever part of our country you live in fresh hot and cold sub sandwiches are the best my favorite #13 original Italian, yummiest

We came here Halloween night for dinner. I am on a special medical diet and was super excited about the gluten free bread and the portabella mushroom sub. Chris did an excellent job cooking it. Paul was very kind and suggested chipotle mayonnaise to give it a “kick” of flavor!

The first time I went to Jersey Mike's I couldn't understand what all the hype was about.sandwiches were sub standard.a little meat and alot of lettuce and tomatoes.the second time around they did a 360 degree. I ordered a mini roast beef with mayo and tomato on their homemade wheat bread and it was more than enough to satisfy my appetite.plenty of roast beef this time.my partner got the regular size Italian sub and he was pleasantly surprised with the ample amount of meat.and his favorite jalapeños.he couldn't even eat his chips.all in all a really good lunch.

I have visited this establishment on several occasions and was rather pleased with the service. My last visit Friday 13,2023 at 5: 00PM. First off the meat slicer was filthy that was a BIG turn off. Secondly only one person was working in the front for 10 minutes before the second teenager arrived. I ordered a sandwich and I asked the guy are you going to clean off the meat slicer? He asked me if I should? Seriously! While placing the order a group of unruly teenagers arrives with free coupons to get a sandwich. They were so loud and talking over me that I became frustrated and told the guy to help them first. The teens began chatting with the teen that seemed to be late. Instead of him assisting the guy who was helping the teens he decided to have a conversation about school. Apparently he and the teens knew each other from school. He let them know he had played hooky from school and when the teacher's name was mentioned during the conversation he said F HER". Now you're working with the public and this is the conversation you have while other customers are in the store? As a manager the language was unacceptable. I was so pissed I left and went home and have no future plans to revisit.

So sick of not getting my sandwich the way I asked for. This is the second time my husband brought me lunch at work and my sandwich is incorrect. I know it's being ordered correctly because I eat the same thing every time I order.

Love the congeniality of the employee's and the subs are Great. I get the giant and it's food for 3 days for me.

I usually love this place. Today, I was very disappointed. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak Sub. It had little chips of bones in it. Almost broke my tooth. Won't order that again!

Literally so good. They always have a fire playlist going in there too great vibes and amazing food

I am a severe diabetic and I asked for my turkey and provolone cheese sandwich in a bowl with a touch of Mike's dressing. The sandwich artists were very accommodating!

Been wanting to try their philly cheesesteak for a while and finally did. Got a regular sandwich without peppers and it was fantastic. Tender steak and I really loved the wedge roll. Ended up going there again two days later to get the giant version.

Place is very clean and the employees were friendly. Really the only problem is the ordering, theres no real semblance of a line, you order in the middle of the counter and theres just no real way to make it flow. But the food was great and made quickly.

Be wary when ordering via a delivery app (Door Dash). The last three times in a row, my order has been wrong. I'm not sure why, as all the specifics are printed on a receipt for them to make the order, but nevertheless, it's wrong.

This has not always been an issue at this location, but within the last couple of months it seems it has become a habit. I'll probably start going to the Wappingers location instead now.
