Jet Cesspool Service, Holbrook NY

We needed to have our cesspool located, I called a bunch of other companies, and every one of them tried to sell me other services even after I told them We're not having a problem with our system! (So frustrating) But JET didn't do all of that. They located my cesspool and told me I was good to move forward with my landscaping designs, and the price was very good. I would/ will recommend them moving forward. Jack, Chris, and Will are a great crew. Very professional.

Called for service at 3: 45 on 12/28 and they were here at 4: 15. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable and qualified personnel. We will highly recommend this company.

Where to begin? ! We woke up to what we thought to be a cesspool back up in our home. After a call to JET we learned we had more of a problem then just a back up. The tech was able to see that the waste line had disconnected. Not only was the JET team super fast to diagnose the problem, they were able to fix it that day! They worked into that night, a Saturday night to be exact to fix our issues. They were super friendly and honest. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that has a small issue or even big one like us. They were great!

Quick commentary on professionalism: I called another company who answered, ". Hello? " Then I called Jet Cesspool and they answered "Service! " And that's exactly what I got. Fast, professional, courteous work at a fair price. Great communication throughout. They took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you very much Jet. Really great work and I appreciate it.

Just bought my house in patchogue, started to have a smell coming up from what seems to be my cesspool.don’t know when was the last time it was empty which I’m pretty sure years ago I looked up on Google and I found Jet cesspool company look up their reviews and their reviews are five stars. I called them and they happen to be right in the area, and they was able to come to me within less than three hours Jack and Willie was who came and they did an amazing job.couldn’t believe what I seen them took out of that cesspool it was amazing. The WORST cesspool company out there. The owner is a money grabber. Nothing more. Incompetent workers. Had to have them come three times. Each time he wanted more money. Finally he tells me I need a septic system. He quoted me $1000.00 more than any other company. A total thief. I used Mid Suffolk cesspool and couldn't be happier.

Great experience as far as cesspools go. They were just called and came so quickly to take care of it. Friendly, Professional, Clean (for the job at hand). Patient explaining everything to me, sometimes more than once. I believe the price was right for the job done. I would definitely recommend them to any friends and family in need Thank you again!

I needed my septic system pumped in an emergency today. I called Jet and spoke with Nick and he was friendly and very helpful and said he could have someone over within the hour. Jack arrived and went right to work. Pumped my tank and cleared a pipe clog. These guys were friendly and professional. Fairly priced and i will 100% use them exclusively in the future. Thanks guys i am glad to have piece of mind that my system is running as intended.

Called for a cesspool pump out at 815. They were here by 9: 30. Quick and clean. Didn't get the third guys name but Nick and Jack were great. Definitely recommend.
