100% recommend this car service! Very attentive and always on time! Great communication throughout the entire process from booking to picking us up and getting us to our hotel! Also a company that responds quickly to emails!

Do not book this place. This is a low end car service. Drivers are late and sometimes don’t show. Cars are not great. Their price is cheaper because they are terrible. Avoid! Ps I am taking this stupid service again a month later. Because my work booked it. And the driver doesn’t speak much English. Didn’t have the drop off address and put in the wrong address. He drove way out of the way. Also don’t believe the reply from the company. I don’t have my name on here so how would they know what the reservation name is under. They are just liars and run a bad company. Believe me have taken this company four times now and only once did the ride go smoothly. Ps: and as I ride in the car the driver continues to talk on his cell phone and text while driving. Utterly unprofessional!

Confirmation number 33851 - Our driver Halim was super accommodating in our trip Upstate. This service was easy to book and reasonably priced. Loved that they offer pet-friendly service since we were travelling with our dog.

Booked with JetBlack the day of our travel and within minutes we had a confirmation and driver assigned to us. Dewan was our assigned driver and he was waiting for us prior to arrival at JFK and made the trip to Manhattan smooth and efficient. Rebooked with them and requested Dewan again and he picked up us right on time and got us to the airport safe and smooth. 10/10. Dewan is great and the crew at JetBlack were professional and communicative.

I use this service a lot, with many demands on timing and luxury SUV's availability and Jet Black gets it right every time! They are even kind and nice when we pile on the wait time. Good Service transportation

I was thoroughly impressed with JetBlack Transportation's attention to detail. The chauffeur was waiting for me at the arrival hall with a name sign, and they were even there before my flight landed. Knowing that my client has scheduled another pickup with them next Friday gives me complete confidence in their reliability and service. For a company that bills themselves (and definitely charges) as a business class travel service, that was far from our experience. A basic airport pickup at 5am was delayed 20 minutes. It was also just an Uber! Yet they charge as if it was a towncar!
When they say they track your flight, they don't.
It is also EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of their customer service which they say is 24/7, but does not seem to exist. I have been trying to cancel our return trip as it makes more sense, is cheaper, and easier to literally book an uber or hail a cab. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

They are beating everyone in the market, better than black lane and no way to compare them to uber. Deserve every penny paid. Friendly staff and amazing professional drivers. I live in NYC and i use them on weekly basis specially to the airports. I recommended them for all professionals in the city who are looking for a professional limo service in Manhattan.

Terrible car company. Do not use JetBlack Transportation.
We waited to get picked up at MetLife Stadium for more than 90 minutes and the driver never arrived. He kept texting me telling us to walk to various lots but then he wasn't there when we arrived, and said he was told to move. For some reason, he would not go to the official pick-up lot where the Stadium signs said for cars to pick up and instead he kept telling us to walk to other lots. It was freezing cold and after midnight, but we were being so patient with him and went to all the lots he told us to go to.
Then after we walked for more than a mile around the stadium for more than 90 minutes, he said his office canceled the ride so he wasn't coming after all!
So we had to call a Lyft at 1am, which luckily to find us in only 6 minutes since that driver was smart and he went to the actual pick up lot where cars were allowed in and where all the signs said to go.
THEN, the worst part, the company has the gall to bill me for the ride anyway and they are arguing with AmEx lying amd claiming that I no-showed the ride when I have dozens of text messages from both the driver and their office that night showing that they are lying.
JetBlack is a scam. For all I know, they never even sent a driver to us. They make you send them an email ahead of time authorizing them to charge your card, and they sent that email to AmEx to claim that I had approved the charge despite not getting the ride I had hired them for.
Do NOT use Jet Black. They will not show up and will charge you anyway!
Addendum: The company responded to my review and said they were refunding me - but Then, after AmEx decided in my favor, JetBlack charged me Again! They are dishonest frauds. Do not use this company. They will charge you multiple times even when they don't send a driver!

Car was appropriate and driver was friendly, but not that knowledgeable of the city. We had a 3 hour NYC tour planned and transportation from LGA with a set price. Problem is the driver kept encouraging us to do more without ever saying there would be extra charges for more time. He said he had nothing else to do until the evening. My wife said multiple time we need to wrap up before we are out of time, and he kept pressing on. A couple hours after drop off, I found out they were charging me for an an additional hour that they claim we asked for.
I think I will ask my credit card company to dispute. I wouldn't use them for a city tour, but may be alright for basic transportation.

UPDATE:
After a week of discussion, Jet Black has refunded the extra charges to my satisfaction. I trust they are investigating the miscommunication issue internally. If you are from out of town and not used to limo charges, be careful to always ask if an additional charge is involved for any itinerary change.

Stay away from these fraudsters. Charged extra fees outside of their “all inclusive pricing”.

Claims all in service but we go nickel and dimed and completely unprofessional when we complained

I was able to get a ride with my family and cancelled on 48 hours ahead of my ride and these people charged me 30$. They then blamed me for not being aware of their cancellation fee! I have NEVER heard of a car service charging a cancellation fee unless the ride was canceled within 24 hours. I’ll never use this company and I recommend you don’t either

I found this company online as they mentioned they are pet friendly and we are headed out of town with my service dogs that have flown about 20 times this year alone and we normally park at the airport but this trip is a bit longer. I booked the car and it specifically says that service dogs do not needed to be crated. This is directly from their website "Pets are allowed in our fleet. Clients need to keep pets crated and keep their vehicle in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees. Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier. Jan 20,2020"

Then I receive a confirmation email and it asked me if the pets would be in carriers and if they are not then I need to bring my own seat covering to avoid cleaning charges. I continued to look at the breakdown of coast and they are charging me per bag $25 per bag. Below is the breakdown of cost. ITs beyond ridiculous so I would suggest not using them EVER
