I bought 2 x 25 hour mid jet cards from Edgar one of the founders, I was told that I was locked into the hourly rate i agreed to in 2021, now 2 years after I paid in a loop hole of a plane upgrade needed to get to my destination I was charged 18k more then my last same flight and what my agreement was. I have asked for a resolution and to show me why I wouldn't be locked into the same upgrade price at the time of purchase only to be dodged out, You can find better pricing shopping around for sure. I expected more integrity from a founder so buyer beware.
