We purchase Two Alpha L Hoverboard Karts for our grandsons for Christmas. Neither contained the screws needed to assemble the carts. After several attempts to reach Jetson, we spoke with a customer service representative who was clueless. Simple fix was to send us the missing screws. I will NEVER purchase another Jetson product and DO NoT recommend anyone else to purchase a product made or sold by them! @
My issue has not been resolved.

All I want is to get a replacement lithium battery for my Jetson Bolt Pro bike that I purchased in Brooklyn, NY. Customer service sent me to amazon but amazon refuses to ship to NYS! How is Jetson allowed to sell thousands of these ebikes at Costcos and Walmart but not provide legitimate battery replacement vendors? We should get our money back!

DO NOT BUY from this company. I wish I checked reviews before purchasing. Horrible customer service! I bought a hoverboard for my nephew for his bday and it was never able to charge. I emailed them and the response was a lengthy item list to test different things. My sister in law spent the time testing each one. Nothing worked. I reached back out and told them this and asked again for RA and they then wanted video, serial numbers, ect. I don’t even have this product with me as it was a gift. Wasn’t enough time spent troubleshooting? They can test it themselves and figure it out. I just want a return and they won’t give it to me. Total scam!

The lady at the front desk at 86 3rd Avenue is one of the most unkind and racist individuals I have ever seen you need to get rid of her and the bike don, t last long bad service shhhhhhh

Tried to reach support for seat vinyl comming unattached chat said 1 hr got no contact its only a month oldno support call back nothing what to do. Udssf g ug g uh!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! MY SON'S ELECTRIC BIKE BROKE AFTER 7 MONTHS. I BOUGHT THE PROTECTION PLAN AND THEY SENT ME A VIRTUAL CARD THAT WAS UNUSABLE. THE PROTECTION PLAN PERSON WALKED ME THROUGH THE STEPS WHICH LED ME TO UNKNOWINGLY BUY ANOTHER BIKE USING MY CREDIT CARD. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED JETSON TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND THEY DIDN'T. THEY SHIPPED IT TO MY HOUSE AND I AM STILL WAITING ON SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO RESOLVE IT. THIS HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR 11 DAYS. ALL I GET IS AUTOMATIC EMAILS AND PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS LED ME TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, BUT THEY NEED TO BE CALLED OUT FOR THIS INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT.

Terrible customer service. They don’t respond to emails, and if you try their chat, it will never connect you. I’ve been trying for months just to get a simple replacement light for the two bikes we bought cause it broke off. Terrible people. SCAM!

I ordered 2 bikes from this company. One bike got delivered, one did not. Unfortunately, the shipping company dropped a box off at someone else's door. During the investigation they kept me updated on where we were and when all was said and done, they sent out a bike. Thank You! Alice

I ordered a bike for my son as a Christmas gift and the box arrived damaged. I never opened the package because I could tell by just seeing the box that there was damage. I reached out to Customer service to file a complaint and added photos of how the box arrived. The customer service associate helping hasn’t been much help. His last email to me said “Great news! ” You’ll get a discounted return label that will be charged to the refund. Really? Can I get real help? !

This company does not sell repair parts for their own products. My throttle broke after just six months rendering the bike useless.

ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY! NO SUPPORT, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSES! ORDERED A BIKE FOR MY CHILD, GOT A NOTIFICATION IT WAS SHIPPED, TRACKED IT THE DAY AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE TO FIND OUT IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED!

I ordered a light up scooter for my son on February 23rd and the tracking information never went past the label being created. I gave it some time hoping it was just a system error, but the package never arrived. FedEx says they never received the package for shipping, so I contacted Jetson customer service on March 23rd to report the missing package. They responded the following day claiming they would resend a scooter and would contact me with the new tracking number. They then sent another email April 2nd stating they haven't forgotten about me and are still working on correcting the situation. It is now April 19th (nearly 2 months after placing the order) and I still have no tracking information and no scooter. I had been considering purchasing other Jetson products, but after this exceptionally poor experience I will never purchase a Jetson product again.

Worst customer service experience ever. They could learn to do better from Comcast. After 20 minutes on hold they hung up on me, their chat function never connects to an actual person, and their website goes in circles to try and file a warranty claim. Don't waste your money with this company. Oh and the garbage product broke within 15 minutes of our son 10 year old son using it. He is less than half of the max weight. All in all wish I could give them 0 stars

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Received bike for Christmas for my son, it was missing a petal, charger did not work, and the front reflection light was cracked. I had the joy of giving my son a present that did NOT work. I have asked "Jen" numerous times for someone to call me. She blatantly ignores my request. I was charged to have UPS pick it up. I'm not sure they understand what customer service is nor do they care. GREATLY DISAPOINTED IN JETSON! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
