After visiting several different jewelers to try on engagement rings JF Jones was recommended to me by a friend. I was immediately impressed with my first appointment. Brittany was so patient and incredibly helpful! I never felt pressured to pick a ring or make a purchase. I ended up going back a second time to try on rings during a bridal show and not only did I find my dream ring but I was able to meet the designer as well. Brittany helped customize the ring with a shape I loved. I cannot recommend JF Jones enough. We can’t wait to come back and buy our wedding bands.

My daughter has a necklace with her father's ashes in the charm, and it broke so we went to this jewelry store because it's close to my apartment, well the woman that helped us was very sweet ️ and did not try to upcharge us at all, she actually told us the less expensive way, and if I choose not to get a more secure clasp she was going to fix the old one for free! I am officially not going back to my old jewelry store in Victor I'm making this my new shop I will be bringing my business to JF Jones Jewelers from now on! ;;

I brought to them an hoop earring that had broken in half. The jeweler said he didn't think he could make it look too pretty. He thought it was going to come out hit it and a little dull looking. He did a wonderful job! The only ones that can tell it was repaired is he and me.

Dropped off my engagement ring to be sized and cleaned. Excellent customer service and my ring looks good as new! Will definitely be back!
