The worst! Had to pay an uber because the shuttle never came. They made us wait in the cold and couldn’t find our car. My husband had to help them find it, after 30 minutes waiting in the cold my husband found it and they just kept laughing and did not even apologize. I would NOT recommend them.

Booked through the way app and had a great experience. The shuttle service was really fast and the process was smooth. My car was in perfect conditions afterwards.

The parking lot is near the airport. The staff inside the parking lot are fine, no worries about any incidents to your car still take pictures before you leave just in case. You will pay an extra $7/daily for SUV. The big issue is the pick up from airport. We came at 10 pm and we waited till 11: 10pm in the cold waiting for the shuttle. The excuse was the traffic but there were no traffic to the lot. I guess they wait for several calls to pick up every one to make tips or save on gas. Be patient and keep calling. Good luck

Place is the worse. Brain dead staff. Poor communication skills. Horrible shuttle service. Don't answer phone. You may save a bit of money, but will waste an incredible amount of time trying to get to your car.

Possibly the worst business of any kind that I've ever dealt with. Save yourself a headache and AVOID - but if you like hidden fees, a rude staff, long delays for your shuttle? Go right ahead.

I wish I could give zero Stars, I had to find my car myself and they got angry because I asked why don't you remember where you park things. Not a bright group of people

Intimidating staff, left us waiting for one hour after we announced our arrival to the airport. They drained the battery of our car. Not punctual not professional. Very rude people. HORRIBLE PLACE!

THEY ARE A SCAM
Super irresponsible when charging us an extra fee for having an SUV, which they DO NOT ADVISE ANYWHERE.

They kept us waiting for an hour to pick us up from the airport and take us to the parking lot. Without giving us any explanation and being zero professionals in the deal. They treat suitcases as if they were lumps that you can carelessly toss or toss into the trunk of the van.

The quality of their service is TERRIBLE, I do not recommend this company at all. It is a waste of time and money.

Instead I recommend that you use CyD JFK LONG TERM PARKING

We had a terrible experience using this lot. When we first arrived, they charged us an additional fee for having a minivan. That was not posted anywhere online when booking. Then we were told we would need to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle to take us to the airport. Apparently, they only have one? Upon our return home, we called as soon as we landed to let them know. They told us to call when we got our bags, which we did. Then we proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for them to pick us up. You can imagine how horrible that was with three tired children after a 7 hour flight. We were all so relieved once we finally got in the shuttle, but then we drove around picking up others for another ten minutes. It was a highly unpleasant experience and I do not recommend this car park to anyone. We will never use them again.

Thought I could save a few bucks on long term parking but I was wrong. Advertised prepaid base rate is less here than long term but in the tiny fine print is a $5-$10 per day up charge based on car size, due in CASH at drop off. $7/day for my Forester. This is a scam in my opinion. They could ask your car model and show you the actual total. But they don’t. Bait and switch. Lot is far from the airport and there’s one car shuttling so the wait was 20 minutes. Never again for me at this place. Booked on Way.

I booked my reservation through the “Way” app and I personally had a great experience with the process of it all. The drop off and pick up of my vehicle was done with ease. The shuttle for drop off and pick up was not a long wait either. The men who helped were very kind and I would definitely book here again. I’m also happy to have had a great experience vs the other reviews.

Dishonest liars and thieves. They quoted $190 for 14 days. When I arrived, there was suddenly a $112 upcharge because I had an "SUV" When I pointed out that my "SUV" was one of the smallest cars on the road and that it was in fact three feet shorter than the sedan right next to it which was NOT charged an upcharge, I was told "That's just the way it is. " Do not waste your time believing you will pay what they quote you online. YOU WILL NOT! You will pay 50-60 percent more that what they quote you.

First they picked up the phone to tell me I was calling too early and to call back. When I called back the phone was off. Trash service no pick up service

Do Not Park Your Car Here. I arrived at airport and called for shuttle to pick me up.no answer, called for 1/2 hour went straight to voicemail.had to take a cab to pick up my car were the guy was sleeping in the office. Verified.

The lot is fine. The shuttle takes forever from the airport back to the lot. They keep circling, going to terminal to terminal picking up and dropping off. It took me over an hour to get to the lot.
