JFK INN- Hotel JFK Airport New York, Jamaica NY

They offer is fake. They advertise 24 hrs shuttle to the airport, my person turned up and had to pay $30 for a taxi to the airport because she was told the shuttle is not available until after 4.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The reception man told me that the rate I will pay is $260. I just used a room for less than 10 hours because I had a transfer flight. It showed on the net that the rate was only $160. I told that to the reception man. He told me then pay on the net. I had no valid card to use. I said OK and gave him $300. He gave me a receipt for $300. I said you told me $260. He said $40 taxes. I had no choice because it was a rainy night and I had no car. I agreed but felt that it was really not fair.

Broken carpet damage walls window glass crack celling nasty. Bathtub burn from cigarrettes.hallways Smell like weed. This place needs 100 % renovations. I will never get a reservation here again.

The worst hotel in the world definitely not worth 209 a night. This place is worse than a hostel. The room 307 was like a murder scene. I pulled the sheets back and there was like dry old blood all over the box spring cigarette burns on the carpet and the curtains roomed smelled a mess. Sheets had stains on them. I slept fully clothed on top of two towels with my hood on. I had the audacity to pull the sheet protector back on the mattress and Omg the stains and smell almost killed me. At this point the department of health should be called. I complained and was given back my money I give this a negative 0 stars this place should be shut down. Beware enter at your own risk

We checked into our room was in it for about an hour. Went to move the covers off the bed and the bed had bed bugs on it. I started to check the room and there was bed bugs all over the the floor. Then because i booked through a third party they are refusing to give me a refund.

Initially greeted by one employee at the front desk who was very kind but she only works the night shift. That is the only positive thing about our stay here, everything else from the rest of the employees’ service and the quality of the rooms were horrible. Multiple outlets in the room did not work and were dangerous to say the least, and WiFi was extremely slow and had a dodgy connection. Front desk was extremely unenthusiastic and did not want to help anybody at all. To top it off I have been trying to get in contact with management for the last week and and have been completely left unanswered and ghosted. This hotel seems like it honestly cares less about the residents than anything else, and after canceling the rest of my reservation they refuse to contact me back regarding logistical issues.

Absolutely disgusting place. They advertise $80/night but we've up paying $160 for a very gross room with five cockroaches! Yes we saw five and then freaked out and kept the lights on all night. On the upside check in/out was very simple and we stored our car there for the week after we flew out of jfk which was cheap and convenient. No there parking was great but rooms were terrible.

The hotel is disgusting and they take 30 minutes to send a shuttle - apparently if you’re not outside shivering in the cold they’ll leave. Worst service ever, please do not use this hotel.

I ordered this place on Expedia! Paid $402 for 3 nights in advance. I did not stay there because of the below written but neither the hotel nor the Expedia did not return my money.
This place is not only terrible, it’s almost dangerous for your health and life! There are a lot of violations of state laws and sanitary conditions. The whole hotel (if this chicken coop can be called a hotel) is very dirty, even the bed linen was dirty. There are cigarette burn holes on the bed, dirt from previous guests. Traces of chemicals are visible throughout the room with the naked eye. The air conditioner turns on and off every fifth second without stopping and does it with a loud sound! There are no instructions on the door for evacuation in case of fire! The fire detector was completely turned off and the batteries removed! In the shower, hot and cold water is not stable and the temperature can change at any second. Nowhere to hang toilet paper. No hangers or wardrobe. TV didn't work. All the walls are damaged. The toilet door did not close and the main door of the room was closed from the inside with an ancient lock. And all these violations in New York, USA, when various dangerous viruses for health develop around the world.

This place should be blocked in all sites like Booking and Expedia. If not, then they knowingly support scammers.

My brother was visiting from the mid-west and spent 2 nights here. He was satisfied with the service and said the location is his main reason for booking a room because the inn is close to JFK.

The nicest picture is the lobby photo in their ad. The shuttle staff were friendly. The hotel carpets are very worn, plumbing is temperamental. I went to use a plug for my usb charger and the outlet -which was loose shorted out and lights flickered in the room.

The nicest thing I can say is I liked our cleaning lady.

* The Police asked had we called them whilst we were standing in the lobby. When they were told we were just checking in the officer replied "Sorry to hear that. "

* No fire alarm in the room.

*Couldn't see out of the window.

*Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray.

*Shower water goes from scorching to freezing several times during a shower.

I have booked a long term parking in this place and when I booked I was told they have free shuttle to and from the airport 24/7. That’s not true at all. My family and I had a very early flight and we were having a hard time getting an Uber or Lyft and the front desk said I’ll call you a cab. We trusted her and we got in, the cab driver wanted us to pay $25 per person. It was 5 of us, which means we paid $125 for less than a 10 minute drive. Be careful and don’t get scammed like we did, these people are crooks.

This place is so bad, I got a room just to work for the day and couldn’t even stay for 1 hour. I left right away. Just don’t even try to stay here.

I paid $200 through Hotwire and got this hotel. It is not worth even $50.00. When we came to check in my family was there including my daughters and the front desk person was swearing a lot. Even I heard receptionist talking to his co-worker that everything in this Hotel is coming apart. It says "No smoking" but you can smell it in the hallways. We could not close the curtains completely and the light was coming all night. Very bad experience. I wish I had spent little bit more to get a better hotel.

If I could give it a zero I would. Worse please to park your car and go on vacation. Smells and not clean at all. Only parked the car. They don't have early shuttle and make u pay for a taxi ride with no meter. You can't understand what they say on the phone when you call to get picked up and then you get back to your car to find that the side of the car is damaged and no help to fix the problem had to wait for nypd to come and make a report they wanted me to email them and they would take care of it they said not to call the police nice try.

We got ripped off for 200$. For a hotel that is horrible! The hallway floor is covered in stains! The staff was fine though. The rooms sucked! I didn’t feel comfortable in it! It’s fine for sleepihg. I swear I saw a rat in the room! Never coming back again!

I honestly felt like I was in a movie to how terrible the room looked, the sheets were dirty, black stains on the carpet, no plugs anywhere near the bed to charge your phone, dirt on the walls, there was even a drawer missing from one of the night stand. Please I beg you don't stay here!
