Worst Dentist in Albany! All She Cares About is the Insurance Payments.she Doesnt Do her Job Right! Dont go to her

This is one of the best dentist in Albany Dr. Jignya DHARIA is very nice and always professional. She Always help get patients fast Service when emergency and always able to get an appointment when u need in very good time for Regular routine. I would tell anyone that needed a dentist to call her first.

She always gets me right in when I call, straight to the point & took care of my teeth when other dentists were taking so long to get me in.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made FOUR appointments with her. All 4 she cancelled! All 4 she never called to can el! She told me in person. 1 was whether I understand they claimed they called never did. 2nd time was because when I went she asked if I filled out paperwork. I said I never got paperwork and she said well I need u to fill paperwork and I need to call your insurance to see what is covered so I don’t have time to see you today! Iv never had a dr say they can’t see you because of paperwork! 3rd time she canceled was because my other dentist sent x rays in pdf form. She claimed she didn’t know how to convert it to jpg form. My dentist explained over the phone how to do it and she said that wasn’t enough and would only accept it if he converted it and re-emailed it back over! My old dentist was pissed. Fourth time she cancelled was because she said she didn’t care if my dentist was willing to explain how to convert the X-rays to jpg she didn’t want to have to do it so until he does it she can’t see me. I also saw her send home 4 other people because they didn’t have ID with them and didn’t have paperwork filled out. Like me they said not one sent it over or informed them about ID! On top of that her office had no air conditioning and she had no dental nurses helping just her and a receptionist. Most unorganized office. At this point I would not trust her touching my mouth.

Worst experience ever! Dirty office and very rude.to b honest, I wouldn't bring my dog here! Nasty, nasty, nasty!

What a waste of time! If it's something more than a simple cleaning, don't bother.

Dr. Jignya Dharia is great, i've been going to her for years for routine appointments, teeth cleanings, and surgeon referrals. She is efficient and straight to the point. I like that she does not do any unnecessary work, like some other dentists try to do. She works to save and preserve teeth before suggesting other options. Her office is clean and comfortably decorated and her assistant is very pleasant as well as is Dr. Dharia herself. Highly recommended.

I’m advising anyone who want to come in this place do not come to this place they sucks, they don’t have no respect for the customers, second they are very very very unprofessional I swear got and also they can wait the day before your appointment and they canceled it, I had that before, once again look for somewhere else but do not come to this place

Awful experience! Felt so extremely uncomfortable in this office. Nothing showed up on my X-ray and the dentist recommended a root canal. I would never let her touch my teeth again! The office is ran very unprofessionally. The secretary dresses like she’s highly unqualified and unprofessional. I will never return to this office and I’m not sure how it’s in business. There’s no dental hygienist. My teeth cleaning was awful, so quick and felt like nothing was done. She even used a “placker” on my teeth. I do that at home on my own, I don’t need to pay for that. Then she proceeded to tell me I have nice teeth and come back in 6 months with no solution to my teeth pain whatsoever. Never again.

DON'T GO HERE! I went here for a regular teeth cleaning, had a very bad experience. This place is run very unprofessionally. It has no staff - only the receptionist and Dr. Dharia. There were no dental hygienists, and Dr. Dharia was basically doing everything herself, answering phones, running insurance info, etc.

After having to wait 45 minutes for my appointment to start (because of Dr. Dharia being so busy with administrative work), she rushed through my teeth cleaning and only spent 5-10 minutes on the procedure—which is not enough time to do a decent job. I still had a significant amount of plaque on my teeth after it was done. During the teeth cleaning, Dr. Dharia had me rinse my mouth with a paper cup, the spit into a sink that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was other peoples dried up spit in the sink. When the teeth cleaning was over, Dr. Dharia instructed me to go to the communal bathroom (which is shared by the staff and patients), fill my paper cup and rinse my mouth out in the bathroom sink. I thought this was very unsanitary and an easy way to spread germs. Not to mention the place was overall very dirty, the equipment looked super old. The place had an overall gross vibe. This place should not be allowed to operate the way it is.

Nice easy quick appointments had my teeth pulled and replaced withing a couple months I would recommend to anyone thank you Dr Dharia

Dr. Jignya Dharia was very nice and gentle to me. The Office is very nice and clean.
I will be bring back and recommending her to family and friends.

She is quick, efficient, and very kind! I had a great experience with her during the process of getting my dentures.

Office very well maintained, Doctor was fast and efficient, got me in and out with no problems. I will recommend this office to anyone.
