I dont understand why this wench yelled at me like a barking dog. Food was also terrible. I was born in S. Korea and have lived there for 20 years. And Sundubu I had was the worst ever in my life. Soup was not enough to eat with rice, there were carrots and broccolis inside it. Carrots and broccolis in Sundubu! I've never had this messed up food like this. Also, the only cooking tool was microwave. This is a scam and an insult.

I don’t know what the other reviewers are whining about. I love the lovely couple that run this place. The auntie with the hat is sweet and jokes with all of her customers. The sundubu stew was homey and warming, and scratched my itch for Korean food.

No, you’re not going to get a Michelin star dining experience, but you are at an airport in New York City, and this is pretty good all things considered. And way better than McDonalds.

The bibimbap was a microwaved pile of ingredients that was still cold. Wasn’t worth the money — would avoid at any cost.

Food was inedible at best. Specifically asked for vegetarian option with NO wheat, rice or rice noodles only. She offered up their new "bibimbap" bowl. I clarified no meat and she said veggies only, I asked over rice and she'd said yes. Got the bowl and it had some rubber/plastic like fried egg on top and pieces of udon noodles throughout the bowl. Beware, recommend to avoid!

This is total scam, a joke. Runaway from this restaurant. Spend 13 dollars in quick ready soup. Joke!

Service was slow, apathetic, and of poor English.

Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki ($18.51)

The food was very expensive, low quality, lacking the actual meat in the dish, and definitely kept past hold time. I received less meat than I would have ordering a 4pc chicken nugget from McDonald's.

Run, don't walk, to another place.

It's a shame JFK airport has so few options open later.

Pretty terrible food. The were not selling any sushi or half the other dishes on the menu so I got the beef bulgogi, it was microwaved and still cold. I would of got it reheated, but the taste of the food and quality off meat is the quality of dog food. And very very small portion of meat compared to the rice. Terrible. Even if you are desperate like I was go to any other food vender.

Thank god they didn’t have the sushi, I would have been concerned about the quality.

The counter, who was a lady was really impolite, she screamed at me cause I didn't understand her, she was clapping her nails against the counter obviously very upset. Worst service I've ever had since another asian restaurant in NY

I was looking for something low-salt and I found it! Food is expensive, but oh well. It is the airport and I was not expecting a fine-dining experience. Just something to save my stomach during the flight. They have a variety of options. Nice!
