Moved to Elmont 3 years ago and I’ve always been to this cleaners. Always good service … I picked up my clothes the other day and they smelled really bad … I tried to tell them and I was ignored. Smh I need a new place …
I have been going there for many years under the old management and the newer. The other day I was very dissatisfied with the turn around time they gave me for a 2 piece suit. They weren’t able to honor the day and time I requested so I went somewhere else. I never had this problem before with Jim dandy cleaners in the past. I would have been willing to pay an an expedited price to have my order processed faster but wasn’t offered. Told me Saturday or Monday which was much too late.
