2I have been here for many years. I don't call management a ton. They used to be a respectful bunch of folks. However lately, when I call I get belittled and disrespected basically they just make me feel retarded. I live here they take my money. The least they can do is be nice! I'm not sure what happened but they used to be very nice. I have been here for many years. Never had an issue up until the last two times I called. I never complain to them about anything. Hopefully you guys get back to being the nice and kind people you once were. If I could move my home now I would. Until then just try to be nice and don't belittle the working folk.
Very helpful with new home owners, responds to questions and concerns promptly, staff genuinely want to help
Only negative is having to pay lot fee with mailed checks instead of online, but you can pay multiple months at once so it's not a problem
