Jim Rollo Real Estate process was flawless. Although I had issues with multiple homes and offers the Jim Rollo team stayed on top of all of the changes. Justin is great at keeping me informed during such a busy and stressful time. Toni was very prompt and direct with providing all of the correct information. Again, the agency made this stressful process that much easier, almost unnoticeable and at the end they send a cute and useful housewarming gift. My only regret is buying 2 fire extinguishers prior to receiving my surpris gift!

Out of all the insurance companies I have been with, Jim Rollo and his associates have been the best to work with. They are knowledgeable and understanding and listen to my concerns.

They do so well and are so pleasant that I decided to get my home insurance for my first ever home purchase from them as well. Top notch service every time, and I can’t say enough good things about this office!

Justin was amazing and helped me to navigate through exactly what I needed for my home buying process. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and understanding. I was referred to by name which goes a long way and he even made light of the parts of the policy I missed and told me where to look to find it.

Friendly agents, understandable policies, helpful service. I have never had a problem with this office and their entire staff is friendly and helpful. Had Geico for a while but nothing but issues. This local office is much more helpful and understanding. 10/10 would reccommend!
