Jimbo's Hamburger Palace, Bronx NY

I’ve ordered from Jimbos for many years and recently they have been horrible. They threw bacon a roll no butter no nothing and charged me six dollars! My bagels were not toasted and my home fries weren’t properly cooked! Six dollars for bacon on cold bread? Gotta be kidding me!

Nobody answers the phone.
I was on hold for a hour
Just hung up.

They are feeding people old lettuce nothing fresh, soggy food worst service ever they rush through everything!

Food was served fast, hot and fresh. I would prefer to sit and eat at the restaurant vs getting delivered.

This place is ridiculous I ordered food and because I never answered the door as I didn’t hear him knock they cancelled the whole order instead of calling me and letting me know he’s at the door. The man on the phone is VERY unprofessional

Just not the same. Prices going up, quality going down. Probably my last time here. To many options out there for my money.

I called and ordered two cheeseburger one for me and one for my daughter and we are allergic to ketchup and they still send us the hamburgers with ketchup in it and I called back and he had attitude about it I don’t think that that’s not professional of him and I just spend 26 dollars for nothing

For a quick bite this place has it and it's right under the 4 train & Very convenient to me. #fav chicken gyro.

Food sometimes is heat or miss I had a chicken sandwich that was way over cooked went from being frozen straight into the deep fryer. Order so. E pork sausage and they were raw.

We order breakfast here on our weekend shift. Consistently good. They use real bacon and pork sausage, which is a big deal because none of the bodegas in the neighborhood do. Pretty good pancakes.

The food is not all that but the Mexican employees are cute he just want to eat them up between your buns

I've Been Eating At Jumbo's Since They 1st Started at the corner of W. Burnside & Jerome 20 Years Ago And There Was A Greek Manager running it, Know It's Run By Mexicans Tht Are Doing A Good Job Too. For Me & My Wife YVETTE MONTILLA Was Our Favorite Place To Stop & Eat Before Going To Watch A Yankee Stadium Game With Our Team Jersey's ON! And Went There To Eat Everyday After Going To Our Program. LUV THEIR BREAKFAST & THEIR BURGER'S THAT THICKER THAN MICKEY D's + They Are More Flavorful Indeed. Sometimes They Take Long To Deliver But Is Because A Lot Of People Call In For Deliveries

I enjoy eating breakfast here. Fresh food and friendly service. I've been dining here for many years when the were located just up the block on Burnside and Jerome Ave.

The food is good, like homemade. Service is fast and courteous and you get plenty. They also deliver.

This place is over priced, the food is unpresentable and has no taste.food was cold withi n min. At my table and this whole spanish thing only is horrible.how does a small box orange juice cost 2.50 but snapple cost a 1.50 wtf.no good dont go.

The burgers at Jimbo's are beyond awesome don't let the interior fool you. This is a great greasy spoon and as much I dislike turkey burgers theirs are excellent!

I'm only giving them 2 stars because there was no wait breakfast here was so trash Philly steak omlet looked like egg and cheese with a blanket of fake steak no peppers no onions trash no good never again.

I asked for a double order of hot wings and these MORONS send 1 order & refuse to answer the phone. They will NEVER get my $$$ again.
