5I recently have had horrible customer service at this jimmy jazz I usually don’t shop on graham avenue and this just gave me another reason why I should not I just wanted to know if they had any panda dunks in stock and this one employee i’m not sure if she was the manager she said her name Naysha something like that. She was very disrespectful making it seem if I was dumb for even asking for panda dunks. I just wanted to get some for my son as he was going back to school but she made it seem as if she was too busy to help her customers I will never come here again if she is working there with her disgusting attitude.
The customer service was good, quick, and fast. They didn't have the size I needed so one of the employees recommend that I can order them and get them sent to my house.which was better because it was a surprise now I don't have to his them.

Disrespectful young employee mocked my very ill father when he was trying to exchange a pair of shoes. He made fun of my fathers voice and got loud and disrespectful. They refused to do anything about the scratched up shoes they sold us. Worst customer service and terribly rude employees.
While they have great selection, the staff wasn't helpful. I visited this store on a recent trip to NYC from across the country. The Nike's a brought home didn't fit my son by half a size. So, I contacted the store who guided me to their online customer service. After multiple messages back and forth - and making it known I'm nowhere near a Jimmy Jazz store - they told me that I am stuck with the shoes and cannot exchange.
Oh - make sure you are certain on what you're buying because they only have a SEVEN (7) DAY return policy!
