Ever since they moved off the hill, they have gotten impersonal. Nice people, but they need to be move humble and keep things personal. Its still a small town and good AND bad spreads fast.

5 years ago I bought a 430 Steiner Max from Jim's equipment. I have had absolutely no issues or problems with my Steiner. Jim treats me very well with respect and is answered all my questions. Service is excellent Jim let you know that he is there to serve you I can't say enough good about this place

Bought my Kioti tractor with backhoe at Jim's several years ago. He is very knowledgeable about his products and stands behind them. He completed a repair and modification for me a few years later and the work was top notch, once again displaying a deep knowledge of the tractor. You might find slightly cheaper prices elsewhere if that is your only concern, but in my view it's worth paying a few extra dollars for quality, peace of mind, and brilliant after-sale support. Highly recommended!

I have an older Steiner 410 tractor that came with the house I bought 5 years ago. It had a "serviced by Jim's equipment" tag on it. Not knowing anything about Steiner's I soon contacted Jim and he told me what he could. He remembered selling the tractor to the original owner in the late 90's. For the last 5 years I have been going to Jim for parts and services. He and his wife Bonnie have always provided friendly, excellent service and help. The motor finally gave out on the Steiner a few weeks ago. Jim had a new motor for it in a few days and the tractor was repowered and back to me within a week. I put the tractor to work the same day and am very happy with the new motor, I have a steep hill and it climbed it with a load easily. I am a very satisfied customer!

I brought my tractor in (first generation Steiner) to Jim's. I had 3 other people work on this tractor with no luck. I brought it to Jim and he found and fixed the problem. Now my 40 year old tractor is like new. Very reasonable shop rates and ez to deal with. When it comes to Steiner tractors, it is worth it to just have the dealer work on it. I am very happy with the service!
