Drove through…. My truck was smelling so good… got home with the best Pulled Pork and the Wings were fall off the bone delicious

Excellent food! Tonight was my first time ordering and was very pleased with how good everything was! You have definitely gained a new repeat customer!

I only gave two stars because the fries were good and the dark meat portion of the chicken was okay. The coleslaw seemed like it was just bagged cabbage and iceberg with mayo mixed in. The cornbread tasted like a boxed cake mix that you would make for a kids birthday party. The mac and cheese was very watery and tasted like beer? Ribs was just cooked meat with Hunts bbq sauce on it. Honestly I goofed up to begin with, I meant to order from somewhere else so the disappointment stung a little extra.

The food is delicious, the brisket melts in your mouth, hand cut fries are also great. Probably some of the best BBQ in WNY. A bit pricey, but I will be back.

Hadn't gotten food from j&l in a while and now I remember y. I got the 1/4 ribs with side of Mac n cheese the 3.5 ribs I recieved were fatty on 1 side burnt on rest very dry nasty.the mac was the worst taste like old draft beer with elbows the brisket sand was super soggy and over seasoned fries were good. 35.00 and now I still need to order something else.wont be ordering again.very disapointed

The best damn barbecue place in the area 100%! Every time we order from there it is spot on! I was craving a burger and I told my husband you got to get it from there and it was so delicious! I always get it with the baked beans and they are so good. Great job Joe, to you and the staff you are doing such a great job everything is always so damn good!

Disappointed. Neither the Pulled Pork or the Ribs had any real flavor, despite being well cooked. All I could taste was BBQ Sauce that was very reminiscent of McDonald's. Cole Slaw was decent.

The website describe there $26.00 brisket platter as a generous portion. My husband and I were very disappointed as this wasn't enought to fill a single adult! This is less than 6 Oz of brisket! Very disappointing, won't be coming here again as we thought they were worth giving a second shot.

The barbecue was delicious nice and tender cut it with a fork love their baked beans and coleslaw as well highly recommended

Went through the Drive Thru which is super convenient. Got the pulled pork sandwich and potato explosion. This stuff was awesome. Fairly priced too!

Smoked wings were fantastic here! I only visited the food truck so the options were limited. It was either chicken or pork options and only two sides of cole slaw or fries.

Would like to see at least a beef option on the truck and maybe an additional side option.

Either way, great chicken wings.

Absolutely amazing, the devil eggs were phenomenal, the 1/2 rotisserie chicken was moist, meaty and excellently smoked, the bacon smokehouse burger was done perfectly and the bun held up nicely, the bacon on the burger was exceptional, yum is all I can say about the bacon Mac n cheese. And the bbq sauce AMAZING!

Some of the best bbq you can find in the Tonawandas, it's sad there's no dine in anymore or delivery but the drive through and doordash work well enough. In my opinion the best slow cooked chicken, pork and brisket anywhere.

Great pulled pork and the smoke house bacon burger is really good. Drive thru is a little crowded tho

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, brisket burnt ends, the boneless wing sandwich, brunswick stew, and a side of cornbread on uber eats.

Pulled pork: Didn’t receive my sandwich unfortunately so I don’t have anything to say about that.

Coleslaw: More vinegary than i’m used to, but good and not soggy. 8/10

Burnt ends: Very dry, brisket burnt ends in my experience are very tender. You can see how dry they are in the picture. Perfect amount of fat which is a plus. If they weren’t super dry they would be an 8, but unfortunately I would give them a 6/10

Boneless Wing Sammy: grilled boneless wings (chicken thigh? That’s what it seemed like) with a honey bbq sauce and coleslaw. Pretty good. Very poorly packaged, 90% of the chicken was just in the container and not on the bread. Still tasted good. 7/10

Brunswick stew: Smalllll portion for $6. Delicious, hot (despite getting it delivered!) and meaty. All the veggies were good. Almost as good as my favorite, SOTW.rip. 9/10

Cornbread: Idk what’s on top of it but it’s SO GOOD. Soft inside with the perfect amount of crisp on the top with some kind of buttery drizzle. 10/10

Overall I would rate my meal a 7/10. Portions aren’t very big for the prices at all, but everything I had was pretty good.

Only 4.3 stars? I don’t even know where to start. Ok so let’s start with the fact that I hate meat. It just doesn’t agree with me. I am involuntarily mostly a vegetarian. One eyed jacks and the Buffalo road house were the ONLY places I would eat for bbq before here. To say that everyone needs to make it a point to come here for lunch immediately. Is a complete understatement. This is by far one of the best barbecue places I have ever eaten at. Their fries are fresh and made properly. Not soggy like a lot of people who make them fresh. They don’t nickel and dime you for extra sauces. I asked for a side of bbq and a side of blue cheese. They just gave them to me. You get a massive heaping pulled pork sandwich when you order a pulled pork sandwich with a heaping pile of fries. You may feel like you need to eat it in a bath tub but it’s worth every bite. The staff is wonderful. The food is beyond quality. I could go on. And I will be back. Thank you for the best pulled pork I’ve had in a longggg time.
