I had a great experience working with Steve from JLM Carpet Cleaning. He was responsive, professional, and prompt. He cleaned all of the carpets and tile/grout in my house and everything looks and smells great. My dogs also seemed to really like Steve and didn’t bark at him when he arrived, so they give JLM Carpet Cleaning a 5-star review too. I will definitely contact them in the future for any carpet cleaning.

JLM came to our residence today, was recommended by friends, we had always used Stanley Steamer previously in Florida as well as New York, but felt inclined to reach out to an independent, individually owned business this time.
