Someone needs to show them how to make a grandma pizza. They make it with the same pizza sauce. They don't use marinara sauce. And they don't use basil. And they got the nerve to call it a grandma pizza. It's a shame. Cheap nasty don't buy

Everytime I order from here something is wrong. The pizza is always wrong there’s always something off about them. They used to be so good now I don’t know but they never get my stuff right. I just had the nastiest chicken Parmesan I ever had in my life

The service (staff) rude & not polite When they burn your food and you complain about how you can not eat the food that you paid for because its burned. I had to send pictures of the pizza and other food I ordered that I was not able to eat. They will never never ever ever get my busines or Money from me or my friends again.

Today I ordered a large pizza pie from this restaurant, they don’t personally have the best customer service when you order through them. I had the most unpleasant experience. When I got the pizza the first thing I saw when opened the box was a roach on top of the cheese. I never had this problem with them in the past. This is a threat to my health and I will never get anything from this place again. This is a total disrespect for my money and a risk for my health.

The pizza was great, we actually really enjoyed it. But my problem was that I was severely over charge for 3 pizza at $72.24. Was told by the cashier 1 price, then when i gave my credit card i was charged another. And when I told the young man at the register the price he gave me and the price he took out my card didn't match up, he gave me some excuse that it was $10.00 for an extra topping. What? How can you give me one price then charge me a next? And when I asked for my receipt, I never got it? Check your receipt. Other than that the pizza was

One of the worst pizza shops out there and they keep raising there prices, also they customer service sucks i ordered a shrimp Parmesan hero, I’ve been ordering it here for years i don’t know if it’s the new owners or what, but lately these last two times I ordered it there’s no sauce or cheese on it they fixed it the first time it happened now I order it again it happened the second time now the so called owner is telling me he can’t fix it because I did the same thing before which makes no sense so if you didn’t make my food right I don’t have the right to complain or bring back so you could fix it, he wouldn’t even fix it for me, gave me attitude and threw the money at me but I’ll be wrong if I slap somebody. Which is why I’m here with this bad review. But best believe if I was Spanish I would’ve got A1 customer service, this is not fair at all.

Bad bad bad that means really really good, can't beat the pizza from here. The crust the toppings the staff, really a great spot

I made a delivery order from this location today and I did multiple calls because my order was extremely late, whoever answered the call was a very disrespectful and rude person. I honestly don’t recommend this place

Good. Didn't experience any of the issues some other reviewers had. I ordered digitally and came to pick up.

The process was smooth, the workers were not rude, and the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, especially the Buffalo wings.

The actual restaurant is quite small and not the prettiest looking, but is exactly what you'd expect for a small pizza place. Overall would recommend.

Everytime I order pizza from here it comes cold and disgusting even wings are cold as hell

Literally just ordered delivery. Two plain pies and three beef patties and 2-liter soda, $62.08. First, they got the order wrong, and called back and the little guy was rude over the phone and hung up. The worst! I have no idea how this place still running.

I waited 40 mins for some cold pizza & beef patties plus they forgot my soda I'm waiting 20 mins extra. I call only for the owner to get angry when I told him about the problem. HE REPLIED ARE YOU FINISHED!? After 10 yrs of ordering! Makes sense new ownership. What a waste of 25 bucks! Super tight. I will be ordering from Gino's on Mott Avenue for now on

This restaurant is changing prices each time i place an order, it could be indicating that no consistent pricing structure and lack of communication between staff members. I ask for an explanation of why the prices are changing each time place order (overcharged). Consider finding a different restaurant with more transparent pricing policies.

I eat in the pizza shop and they definitely have good pizza there and if you want a piece of pie they have good pizza there they could create any pie you want
