I had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure and gel manicure from Kayla and it was amazing! I am known to be very particular and hard to please as I’ve grown up in a nail shop and know all the tricks of the trade but baby Miss Kayla got me all the way together! She listened to my concerns and suggested treatments like the paraffin wax to seal in moisture which worked wonders! She is very thorough and efficient while being super creative. Can’t wait to my next appointment!

Jennifer is knowledgeable and cares about helping clients grow & retain healthy, natural hair! She recommended services and products, and was attentive and checked in with how I was feeling during the whole process and answered all my questions, including about her salon’s additional services. I went to JNR and was serviced by Jennifer. We did NouriTress treatment and trim, followed by a blowout and flat iron. That treatment was amazing from shampoo to condition. My hair was in rough shape. Jennifer is very professional, prompt, and she took time and patience to educate me on do's and don'ts of natural hair, particularly on products that cause more harm than help for my natural hair type.
I was able to purchase her wrap brush- The Perfect Wrap Brush - sided brush that tightens and gives volume on the other side. I also purchased NouriTress hair moisturizer she has available.
I am very happy as I can feel the difference of my hair. With Buffalo's humidity- my hair still maintained moisturized and after only 1st treatment, I have less breakage!

I went to JNR Salon for a consultation about my locs and a retwist for them, which included a washing service. I ending up getting way better service than I was expecting. I traveled from my college down in Fredonia, NY to Buffalo and it was completely worth the trip. Their salon was so professional, official and aesthetically pleasing. It was like a hidden wonder of Buffalo. In my session there for my hair I was taught everything I truly needed to about my hair and how to take care of it in the future. I really needed to see a specialist, because I was at a point that I felt like I had to give up on locs. I didn't know how to truly how to take care of them or if they could be saved. Fortunately, I came to the right place and the stylist that I worked with - Gloria James, assisted me in educating me about my locs and she took care of them while doing so. From revealing to me why I was having breakage, how to reduce damage in the future, a regiment I need to follow to restore my health to what it could be, giving me a treatment to help my scalp and locs, restoring what locs she could in the time that she had and more. I found everything that I was looking for in my experience at this salon. I will gladly come back for another hair appointment in the future. I already have an appointment booked a month from now and I'm dearly looking forward to it. Following my retwist I ended up buying a big bonnet that I could use while I was sleeping to protect my hair. I am very happy with that product as well. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a professional experience in hair care. It's worth the trip.

I have been going to tee g styles for a while and I usually get a ponytail or silk press. I have been natural for 4 years and each time I went for a ponytail the way she has my hair honey listen.my silk press are always the bomb and I’m never disappointed with my hair. Such a beautiful salon and atmosphere! Tamaris has been doing my hair for years it's the healthiest it's been since her hands have blessed my head! She knows what treatments work best, any hairstyle I imagine Tamaris brings it to life! She's more than accommodating with pricing and scheduling appointments, extremely nice, and beyond funny! All of the other stylists are funny and nice as well, it's such a good vibe when you walk in. I have never had a bad experience and will continue coming here!
